Classic Shotgun, Steps from City Park, 2 Streetcar Lines and Lafitte Greenway!

We enjoyed our stay during Jazzfest. Everything was just as pictured. It was clean, quiet and in a great location near City Park. Check in was easy and communication was timely and clear. Coffee shops in walking distance. The AC works well. Everything was great.

A great location and fair price

This property was ideal for me as I was playing in City Park. It was as advertised. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to New Orleans. Any communication with the host was prompt and appreciated.

Check in was very easy, which was a relief when getting in at 2am. Everything was superclean and we were relieved to see it stocked with essentials: hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. The bonus was the plethora of pillows. One of us is pregnant and she was able to sleep comfortably with her pillow mountain. The only downside was that the walls are thin. Even with a sound machine at night, we could hear each other in the next room as well as the neighbor next door. The property is close driving distance to tourist spots and is perfect for kids. City Park is a magical place just a short walk away. We all felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood.

Great location had dinner at Katie’s and breakfast at up and Adam’s and also sacred grounds.

The location was perfect with easy access into the park and only a mile away from family so it was ideal. The house was clean.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for a stay away from home. We loved that it was close to City Park. We were able to easily contact the host, who answered our questions and offered to help with any need that might arise. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great location for us, right next to City Park! House was just what we needed, clean.

We needed a place to land near New Orleans City Park while helping family move. This property was perfect for us, walkable to where we needed to be & caffeine at The Bean Gallery (great food too) a few blocks away. Loved the art, comfy beds, as well as easy communication with owner. We missed connecting with on site manager although we heard him a few times & were happy to know help was nearby. White noise machines were a nice touch in both bedrooms. Gladly made use of the full sized washer & dryer as moving can be a dusty & dirty endeavor. This shotgun is in a great neighborhood and we felt comfortable parking our U-Haul & small convoy in the street for an early departure. Would happily stay again.

We love this location, very close to city Park, which is gorgeous. Was easy to get the bus and trolley from here. Property was clean and well kept. Owner was very responsive with a couple of minor issues.

This was a perfect getaway for a long weekend with a friend to explore New Orleans. A short walk to City Park,streetcars and grocery stores and restaurants. The house was furnished perfectly with modern interiors inside a classic historic home. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds made it the perfect stay.

This was an excellent place to stay for a family. We loved getting to walk to City Park and also an easy walk to the street cars on Canal. Clean house, comfy beds, and easy check in process. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others traveling with kids. Having access to a kitchen and a washer/dryer makes traveling with kids so much easier.

The property is as pictured! We enjoyed being able to walk to City Park and Morning Call. The location is easy for Lyft to access as well. We loved this property and would love to stay here again.

This was a great little place that was just a short drive/street car ride to the French Quarter! Met all of our needs and helped make our first NOLA experience great!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was a very well kept classic shotgun in a charming. My friend and I really felt we got to experience some of the best of NOLA - truly awesome location in Mid City. We walked to City Park and Canal St and easily made our way downtown as well. Clean, comfortable beds with plenty of extra linens and blankets. Gracious hosts as well. Highly recommend!

Such a great location for a family. Walking to city park everyday was awesome. Felt like i was at my moms house. Super cozy! It is a railroad style home so you have to walk through bedroom one to get to bedroom two. Not a problem for us but good to know.

Just as described. In walking distance to several good places. The park close by is amazing. We met Steve, he was great. Hung out with us and gave us several recommendations on whatbto do, where to go, etc. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
