Stayed Mar 13, 2026We had an amazing time staying at the Caddis Cottage. There is a nice backyard that our son loved running around. It’s also conveniently located walking distance to restaurants, parks and the river. The home itself was amazing and very clean. We LOVED all the historic details and how this home has been lovingly maintained. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in salida.

Stayed Feb 25, 2026We had a great time staying here for three nights. The location is fantastic - we walked with our son and stroller to coffee, restaurants, parks, and the river multiple times every day. We had a couple issues during our stay and the host was very responsive. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. It has quirky features, as expected of a house as old as it is (ex: the third bedroom is accessed through the upstairs bathroom). We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.
