Classic Old Tahoe Lakefront Home With Pier And Buoy. Pet & Family friendly!

Loved this property - would definitely stay again! It was very clean, had all the amenities, easy check-in/check-out process, great location, and fantastic views of the lake! Hosts were great to work with.

First and foremost Sheila and Eric are the best host. They went out of their way to find out information for us to make our trip extra special. Communication was A.The house is charming full of history. When you rent this home make sure to ask Sheila or Eric about the history of their home very fascinating. You cannot beat the location.The grounds of the home are beautiful there is a lawn that stretches down to the shoreline. A dock that has a picnic table, umbrella and chaise lounge perfect for a picnic lunch.Eric found us a perfect boat ride around the lake highly recommend doing this, it is on the Tahoe Gal.If I could rate the whole experience a 15 I would. Do get this place a try.

This is really a charming cabin in an amazing location. Sitting on the porch, looking at the lake with a good book and a glass of bubbles was the perfect afternoon. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Amazing property and good location. The home is well taken care of by the owners. We had everything we wanted and needed. We were spoiled by unusually good weather, so kayaked every morning!

Amazing! The hosts were easy to communicate with, the home was immaculate and the view was stunning. It has all the charm of a historic family lake-side cabin with the most beautiful modern touches. We will come again!

Fireplace and outside patio heater were so warm and cozy!!! Kitchen was perfect!!! Location was amazing!!! Lake and sky and mountains were beautiful!!! Weather was perfect!!! Patio was a great place to hang out and play cards! The beds were cozy!!! The hosts were warm and welcoming to us! We did eat out !!! Favorite places to eat out were Old Post Office Cafe - Carnelian Bay, Gar Woods Grill & Pier - Carnelian Bay, MacDuff's Pub - South Tahoe, Wagon Train Coffee Shop - Truckee, Auld Dubliner Tahoe - Palisades Tahoe We enjoyed riding e-bikes on the East Shore Trail & hiking down to Emerald Bay on Rubicon trail. We shopped in Truckkie and Camp Richardson and South Tahoe!!! This was the perfect place for fall break 2025! We will have to come back as Vikingsholm was closed due to restoration!!!

Such a beautiful home and property. Well appointed, nice towels and bedding. The home is a few steps away for the beach and a pier which had great seating. Kayaks and paddle boards a nice addition. The views from the home and porch were spectacular!! Would definitely come again. Thank you to our host Sheila.

Shelia and Eric are INCREDIBLE!! They go above and beyond. They are incredible and their home is just as special! Our family was able to relax and reconnect. The home has a way of bringing everyone together with the amazing views, crystal clear lake, and serene ambiance. The house feels like home and is equipped with items a family needs. We will not return to Tahoe unless we can stay at Shelia and Eric’s home.

The most perfect home for our family vacation! Everything was super clean and beautiful. Location was perfect. We could walk to dinner or short drives. Great golf courses close by too.The dock allowed us to enjoy the water.

This charming lake front cabin has it all: amazing views, your own dock, fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, and a peaceful setting. Plus the owners added so many delightful details like little pinecones & greenery on window ledges or fun selection of games to make the stay homey. I almost forgot to mention the best feature of the place - the large porch facing the lake. It was everybody's favorite place.

The Lake House was absolutely Wonderful! It is so beautiful & so clean & inviting. It felt like we were in a movie. We would highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Just beautiful, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Nothing negative to stay at all. And what an amazing view to look out at every day!
