Classic octagon house with excellent beach and jetty views!

So close to the beach ! Very nice to enjoy the sunrise :) very good and fast communication. Clean house. Just a little bit disappointed for the mattress. For the price we paid, we expected mattress more comfortable. We will come back but bring our one inflate mattress:)

The shower could really use some tlc, thr house definitely leans and made it hard to sleep, almost no air circulation. Loved the views and windows.

Very cute beach house. Loved the beach view, jetty view, and the ship channel view! The ships going by is cool to watch.

This is probably the best location to stay if you plan on fishing on the jetty, also with easy access to the beach. Great views from the deck.

What an amazing, cute place that surpassed all of our expectations. We were super close to the beach and jetties, to the point that we only brought out what we immediately needed — we were able to be back at the house in seconds if we needed anything!We will be staying again!

the location was great. beautiful views. there were some issues that could be easily resolved. We had ants in the kitchen and bathroom , we sprayed and left bug spray on top of refrigerator. The open sewer in front of the house really smelled bad and rats were crawling everywhere in the front yard around the open area. Here than those issues, we had a wonderful time.we gladly stay here again

Super location. Absolutely perfect. Beach just steps away. The big ships passing so close we could almost touch them. And those pelicans. BEST TIME EVER.

So we were initially disappointed with the property and they reached out to us immediately and I was very impressed that they let us transfer to the property next door and we stayed 3 nights instead of 7 nights. However we asked if we could have one night free and they did not want to compromise cause they gave us 400 off , even though the shower and sheets were not clean and the fridge was getting cold and that was the reason we transferred to the other property! They thought that they were doing us a big favor by not paying extra for the property next door!

We had a great weekend stay. Easy to get access to the house. Proximity to the beach and jetties is great. Spent time on the beach, rode our bikes to Sharky’s to eat, and chilled on the porch watching surfers.

Great property location. Mattresses not great. Good kitchen. Cozy and relaxing place with a fantastic porch.

We had a great time, location cannot be beat! Outdoor shower, giant deck and 360 degree views are a bonus.

The location was great. The house was cute and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a maintenance issues we discovered upon arrival, and property management sent someone over right away to fix the issue. We did not encounter any other issues during our stay. We had a really nice time.

Four retired guys just came down to fish and relax It could not have been any better Well maybe if the walls went all the way to the ceiling because yiu can see light from the other rooms if yiu go to bed before anybody else. Great overall tho and would def go back

We went to Surfside primarily to fish by the jetty for 4 days.Although the weather was messed up a bit by hurricane Francine, most of the time we were able to walk to the jetty and fish.One of the single bed I slept on rocks side to side whenever I turn on the bed.Upon inspection under the bed something is definitely broken.They need to repair or replace it.Thats the only complaint we have for a quaint old beach house located ideally for fishing,surfing or just laze by the beach .All are just a minute or two walk from the cottage.Bring your own water cuz the tap water is yellowish and taste funny.Bring mosquitoes spray and repellent.Lots of them attacking us the moment we go outside.Hate them mosquitoes.Even with repellent they still attack you.Overall,we like the cottage but hope the owners will consider allowing pets so we can bring them in the future.

We had a few minor things pop up but the hosts was on top of things and handled them quickly.

1 minute walk to the beach and awesome views of the boats coming in and out. House was clean and had everything you needed. My only complaint is that the shower is super small. PSA: 1-Bring your own water to drink 2-Jetty Shack is down the street and have really good burgers

Everything was perfect! All amenities necessary were available. Great place to stay. Very comforable and clean. Will absolutely stay again

We had a great time. The house is not fancy, but it’s nice and affordable for a beach getaway!
