Only 2.3 miles to the beach and 3 miles to the pier/village area. This little cottage with the big back yard is the perfect getaway while you are visiting the island.

Plenty of seating in the living room with a large flat panel Smart TV**. You will love the barn doors in the living room where you can close it off or open it up. There is a smallbedroom off of the living room with a futon, desk and a computer monitor for your use. The dining room accommodates seating for 8 and the kitchen accommodates seating for 2. In addition to the small bedroom just off the living room, there are two more bedrooms. Each has queen bedding and a Smart TV. All the bedrooms are serviced by the hallway bath.

The house comes equipped with board games and books for you to enjoy. Beach towels are there for your time at the beach. A yoga mat, large dog crate and a picnic backpack are there for your use and enjoyment.
Off the back of the house is a large covered patio with a variety of seating arrangements and a hammock. In the back yard is an elevated deck that is nice during the warmer months. During the cooler months you can take advantage of the fire-pit. When the competitive fires are burning, there is a Bocce Ball Court and a Croquet Set where family championships can be won and lost.
***The soaking pool on the deck is unheated, and only open for guest use from May-October.***

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
