Great cabin! Would stay again

This home is 1 of approximately 30 log cabins in a quiet wooded setting. Cabin has ample room. Community pool is walking distance and relaxing. Overpriced for 4 night stay but overall it was great for a family vacation.

Beautiful cabin so close to downtown area!! Also loved the camp fire area and hot tub.

Everything was great. Only complaint was comfort while sleeping. 5 out of 6 of us complained about comfort of beds.

The house was beautiful, surrounding area had great things to see and do and the perfect location for a quick weekend getaway.

Very comfortable. Could of had a few basic condiments like s &p. Slip cover on couch n pillows needed to be cleaned. Overall nice place to stsy. Pool was great

Our family of four had an enjoyable stay. The cabin covered all the basic amenities that we needed during our stay. Community pool was almost always empty.

Based on other reviews, our expectations for this home were high and we were looking forward to it. The trip started off on a sour note. We tried to check in at our scheduled time: 4pm however, when we arrived at the property, the cleaner was there and told us “I need at least another hour to finish”. We had gone grocery shopping so needed to put our cold items in the fridge-no problem there. We were told we would get a text message when the house was complete and ready for our return. After over an hour of waiting, I texted the guest service number and they said the cleaners were done over a half hour ago. Communication was subpar. The home definitely needs some deep cleaning or replacement of items: the rug in the living room had giant stains, the couch and love seat also had stains, to the point where we put sheets over them and put towels on the rug. The stools at the counter had hair and debris caked on the bottom of the feet. The (2) queen rooms were fine, however, the room with the bunk bed and single bed didn’t have the beds completely made upon arrival. The front porch gliding bench was also broken. The house was a great size for 5 of us and it was close to downtown Saugatuck and holland. The pool area was nice but we didn’t receive a code to get in so it was good other people were in there to let us in. We hope the owners/property manager take our concerns into consideration and hopefully improve the home.
