Classic Cottage, 1.5 Blocks to Beach & Boardwalk,Porch & Outside Shower

My favorite place in this cottage was the front porch. It was very relaxing!! I have no complaints about my stay. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. When I arrived, I parked my car in the driveway and moved it when I departed

The cottage was the perfect location. 2 blocks from the beach and close to where all the restaurants and bars are. The cottage was cozy and had a covered porch, a great place to just hang out! The host was easy to work with and coordinate our stay. I would stay here again!

Very easy stay, cozy home with perfect screened in porch. Super close to the boardwalk/beach (super walkable with a 15 month old!) Don’t forget that bringing towels also means hand towels for the bathrooms!

The house was comfortable and met our needs for a short and relaxing beach stay. The porch was wonderful — spacious with plenty of room to unwind or enjoy a meal outdoors. We also appreciated the easy walk to the ocean. My 86-year-old father even made the trip to and from the beach several times, and having a foldout bed near the downstairs bathroom worked out perfectly for him.

This is our second time staying at this house and we love it! From the location to the beach and boardwalk to the screened in porch and laundry - we thoroughly enjoy staying here.

The house was very comfortable for my family of 5 and we easily were able to accommodate 2 unexpected family members for 1 night of our stay. We loved the screened porch and spent quite a bit of time having meals and hanging out there.Ability to walk to the beach facilitated everyone’s ability to be independent and to participate on their own schedules.Host Cindy is wonderful, very available if you need her and committed to her renters having a lovely experience.

My family of four had our second fabulous stay at Cindy's property and loved it just as much as last year. We brought our own sheets, blankets, and towels. The house was equipped with beach chairs, hangers, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, and much more. The kitchen utensils and cookware are excellent - we made several of our own dinners at home. Two of the items we noticed were available last year (dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent) must have been left by other guests, as we needed our own this year, which we had planned for anyway, so it worked out perfectly. The TV has a Roku you can use to sign into your own accounts. The washer and dryer are convenient and top notch. We loved the screened-in porch for breakfast and hanging out during a couple days of wind and rain from a hurricane off the coast - the house was perfect for those non-beach days. Checkin was easy, and Cindy was responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again next year!

A very clean property. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Could use a pair of tongs. Appliances were wonderful. Nice to have a washer and dryer on premises.Bathrooms were clean and upstairs bath was fully renovated. My husband especially like the outdoor shower. Plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Because of the hot and humid weather, we had to run the individual AC units all night to keep the bedroom temperature cool - we used the quiet mode which helped cut down on the noise of the unit.The screened porch was a huge plus! We ate our meals there on the picnic table and relaxed in the evening playing games and reading.The location to the boardwalk and ability to walk everywhere was a bonus. We hardly drove at all during our week's stay.This was the perfect beach house for our family of four and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful, spacious home, that truly feels like a beach cottage. Great location, short 5 minute walk from the beach.

If you are looking for a summer getaway we highly recommend this location! We had grandparents all the way down to a 2 year old and the walk to the beach and boardwalk were easy for all. The beach area is away from the crowds as well so you get a wonderful quiet experience. We had plenty of space to spread out when needed and there was plenty of hot water for back to back showers. We loved eating out in the sun room together. Thanks, Cindy for being a part of our family memories!

Great location. Loved the screened in front porch. Outside shower was great. Bathrooms nice and clean. House was roomy enough for six people in our party.

His was our second time staying at this spacious cottage, convenient to beach and boardwalk. The large screened porch was a great place for family gatherings. Kitchen was well equipped. Bath facilities were lovely. Beds comfortable. We were lucky to have beautiful beach weather.

This is our second stay and we love this charming cottage so much. This place is a cottage with big old trees and the most amazing screened in porch but it's close enough to the beach (two short blocks) that you can go and watch the sunrise at the beach with a cup of coffee. The place is clean, cozy and family friendly. The communication is great. It's like two amazing vacations together.

An amazing cottage near the beach and downtown. Very clean and close to everything. We had a fantastic time and i would highly recommend.

We stayed here with our multigenerational extended family, including my elderly parents. The locations can’t be beat, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, amenities are easily accessible. Charming cottage with everything we needed for a long weekend. We especially enjoyed the lovely porch with plenty of seating.

Myself and 5 family members stayed here for a long weekend. It was so close to the beach and such a quiet location! It was the perfect amount of space for us and also had a great gathering space to play games in the evening! Would absolutely love to stay here again!
