Stayed Oct 16, 2025I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner. Communication was clear and consistent, and everything was as described in the listing and messages. Having stayed in several short-term rental vacation properties through the years, I don’t know that I’ve ever come across one that has as many outstanding details for the guests. There were also some personalized touches that went far and above any expectations we may have had for this property. This was a family trip for us, and we walked to Sanford stadium and downtown and came back to a beautiful interior and the bonus of an amazing back yard with the best fire pit I’ve ever seen.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025This house had everything, we instantly felt at home and had ample space for our group of 9. The kids loved getting to pick the beds they slept in and us adults loved that we had nice sized comfortable beds. The house was perfectly situated close enough to UGA campus and downtown Athens to allow us easy access to everything we wanted to do and more. The property was so well stocked and the host was great about giving recommendations and providing the best instructions. The home was clean and had everything and more than we could ask for. We will hopefully be back to Athens and will for sure look to stay in this property again.
