Stayed Jun 26, 2025My parents stayed here for medical treatment at Mayo. The stairs are manageable. There isn’t a garage or private seating area in the back. But the porch was lovely.

Stayed Nov 27, 2016Cozy and warm bungalow is perfect for a stay at Mayo Clinic. Pretty and updated bathroom and kitchen. Linens and towels are high quality. Beds are a comfy and perfect for all day rest when needed. Incredible and huge HDTV. Cute outside patio when temps are above freezing! Walk to shops and restaurants. Much better setup than staying at a hotel! Would recommend for families and couples seeking a sense of home during their time at Mayo Clinic.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Stayed at this house for a month during treatment at Mayo Clinic. Short half mile walk each day was very convenient. House was exactly as described and pictured, included everything you need for a long stay except food. The fridge and cabinets were stocked with condiments, spices and even some canned goods. Would highly recommend this house to anyone and will use again on future trips to Rochester.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is tastefully renovated, with very comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and some food as well! It is kept very clean on the inside - and very spacious. Kelly provided bikes for our use - which was fantastic, as there are many miles of run/walk/bike trails just couple of blocks away - we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated having bikes. We loved it's location - close to trails - walking distance to groceries and couple of great restaurants as well. Kelly responds quickly to any requests, and is very accommodating.

Stayed Jul 20, 2016This is a lovely comfortable house with very comfortable beds and remodeled bathroom as well as well equipped kitchen. I needed surgery at mayo and it was a nice house to recover in with several parks and trails close as well as walking distance to mayo. I gave 4/5 since it is a corner house on a busier street so road noise was a little higher than I would like. Highly recommend property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I stayed for 6 days in this charming home. We arrived in Rochester to help our daughter and finance move into their new rental. After a day of painting and furniture placement, we were all able to return to this comfortable home to relax and enjoy cocktails and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. We hope to stay here on our next visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home is the perfect place to stay in Rochester! The owner has done a wonderful job of updating and decorating this beautiful, sun-filled craftsman house, while retaining the charm of the past. Comfortable beds and fine linens are provided, the kitchen is expertly stocked, and there were even bicycles provided for the nearby bike paths. We particularly enjoyed the newly remodeled bathroom and the central air conditioning for our extra hot week in July. I was a long time resident of Rochester until a couple years ago, but still work at the Clinic. I enjoyed walking to work at St. Mary's Hospital or downtown instead of my usual 70 mile commute! My 8 and 10 year old daughters loved staying in this house, chasing fireflies on the lawn in the evening, having breakfast on the porch swing, and spending their days with old friends. We even had their favorite Hy-Vee pineapple bratwurst cooked up on the grill on the back patio. Overall, the house looked just like the beautiful photos, was very well stocked, and was absolutely spotless. I hope we have an opportunity to stay again!
