Stayed May 3, 2025We travelled to SD with our family. The property is just a few houses from the water and boardwalk and very accessible. The house is equipped with beach chairs and towels etc. and bonus to have a washer dryer! We rented a Hyundai Tucson SUV and had no issues parking in the garage. The 4 of us had plenty of space within the house and with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The kids agreed a shower but otherwise had their own bathrooms. Highly recommend this place. I see why it’s rated so high!

Stayed Jan 18, 2025This is our fourth time staying in South Mission Beach and the house exceeded our expectations. It may be the perfect place. Situated between the road and the beach path, it’s very quiet yet steps away from everything. It’s a one minute walk to the market, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and takeout. Pictures dont do it justice. Our new favorite and the only place we will stay at going forward.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Cute cottage that is about 50 feet from the beach. Slept 7 comfortably. The beach access is away from public parking and shopping, so is not crowded. Minutes from everything you want be near to. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone and will likely choose again if we come back.

Stayed Sep 22, 2024The house was clean and comfortable. They provided everything that we needed including beach toys and towels. Loved the front door with the screen, so we could let in the ocean air without the flies. The garage parking was very nice. Quick walk to coffee, food and the market. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed Apr 9, 2024We had a wonderful stay at Mission Beach. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We loved being just 3 houses down from the beach and hearing the ocean from the front yard. The property managers were very responsive and even had pack n play set up for us on arrival. We would love to stay here again in the future

Stayed Mar 11, 2024We booked this trip extremely last minute, and feel so lucky this property was available. Proximity to the beach and Belmont Park could not be beat! Plenty of amenities such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels. Comfortable beds, good set up in the kitchen dining area, excellent communication with the property manager. Absolutely nothing negative to say!
