A Carolina Room adds extra space for games, movies, or a quiet morning coffee before heading out to explore.

Outside, unwind on the extended deck under the stars, enjoy dinner al fresco, or roast marshmallows around the backyard fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. It’s the perfect way to end a classic Fripp Island day.

Located just a short golf cart ride from Fripp’s beaches, pools, golf courses, and restaurants, 703 Skipjack Road offers a relaxed, family-friendly setting in the heart of the island. Whether you’re enjoying the natural beauty of the Lowcountry, spotting deer at sunset, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze, this welcoming home makes it easy to slow down and savor every moment on Fripp.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.

No Club Card No Problem!

While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!




Pets - allowed

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
