Classic Alexander Home in the Heart of Vista Las Palmas with Pool & Hot Tub

Our small family of 3 + 2 pups just stayed at this property for our late-summer vacation. The house is gorgeous and exactly as pictured in the listing. The location in the Las Palmas neighborhood was close to everything, but also very quiet. This home is situated right up against the mountains, which makes it nearly wind-free... unlike other neighborhoods we've stayed in. The house itself is well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed to cook & eat at home... we would have liked some outdoor/plastic plates/bowls, but the August heat kept us eating indoors most days. The outdoor areas were absolutely lovely with the front of the home featuring a cool fountain and spacious yard. The back area was very private and had a large pool, plenty of grass, a firepit area and dining table. It was HOT during our stay, but thanks to the mature hedges and position of the home next to the mountains, the pool was completely shaded by mid-afternoon. Perfect! I cannot recommend this property highly enough and would definitely opt to stay here again the next time we visit Palm Springs. Our only knock on the property is that the window coverings in all of the bedrooms are quite sheer. At night, you can still see all of the landscape lighting outside (until 3am when it shuts off) and in the morning, you're awake with the morning light. For folks that like to sleep in, I'd recommend bringing an eye mask.

Time in this home felt like a vacation even though we had to work remotely most of our stay. The pool and spa are delightful. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen well stocked with all the gear we needed, and then some. The whole home was spotlessly clean. It was a special treat to live for a few days in an Alexander home kept true to genre and in a neighborhood that takes such pride in keeping the mid-century modern vibe alive. Thank you for making this lovely home available for a great experience.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood.

It's a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown Palm Springs. The house is bright and airy, but the front glass door don't provide much privacy. The salt water pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill and outside eating area in the private backyard made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hanging chairs in the front yard by the fountain provides another relaxing spot. Overall a great house that we would definitely book again.

I absolutely LOVED staying here. They had everything we could possibly need, luxurious and beautiful. There is even a TESLA charger in the garage. I will absolutely stay again. Beautiful taste level, stunning views, fabulous decor. Thank you!
