Stayed Jan 29, 2026We had a great time at this house. It had everything we needed, lots of space for each of us--we took a girls trip and there were four of us. The location was wonderful. We hope to be back!

Stayed Jan 22, 2026Great location in a quiet and historical neighborhood! Spacious house and lovely backyard. Great for 2 or more couples staying as a group. If you plan on using the kitchen, bring your own condiments, etc. including coffee beans(!) as the pantry is bare.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025The house is lovely. Immaculately clean. We tried to leave it just as clean if not better. The info in the book about the house is a bit out of date, but we figured most of it out. We could not figure out how to turn off the pool heater, as the book is out of date, but suspect you have someone to do that. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Stayed Dec 13, 2025This was one of the nicest rentals we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The cleanliness as a true 5 stars. The amenities were exactly as described. We loved walking through the beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025I stayed in this home for 3 nights this past week, and I was overall very satisfied! The house does have a few quirks, but most of them are negligible when compared to all the positives. Things I LOVED:- The living room area is amazing. Great comfortable couches with plenty of seating and a nice big screen TV- I didn't use the kitchen much but it did seem well equipped and fairly up to date. Nice big fridge and all the appliances you'd need if you were planning a longer stay and cooking.- The pool...AMAZING! The pool is a great size and has an absolutely amazing view of the mountains from the deep end. I really liked that during parts of the day, certain areas of the pool were shaded by the house so you could stay out of the blistering sun. I spend a lot of time floating on some pool noodles and cooling off with a drink! - Location. I couldn't ask for better! Nice upscale quiet neighborhood. It was about a 1/2 mile drive over to Palm Canyon and then just about a mile up to downtown PS. If it was cooler out I would have probably rented a bike. Overall the location is fantastic!!Some areas for improvement:- The bathrooms could use some updating for sure! The master bath has a really tiny shower and a worn-out toilet seat which could be off-putting. It was spotlessly clean, but just looked quite old overall. The larger bath on the other side of the house was quite nice-sized, with a bigger shower, but again could use some updating.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025The location of this house is amazing, 5 minutes to downtown. The living room area is amazing, with tons of comfortable seating and nice big screen TV. The pool was the highlight for me! Great size and with an amazing mountain view!! Only negative would be that the bathrooms are kind of outdated and could use a refresh. But in all fairness, there was a note in the house that they're in the process of updating a lot of the wiring and electrical in the house, so maybe the bathrooms are next.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024The house is large, with bedrooms spread out, so everyone in our group had privacy if needed. However, with a big living room with several comfortable couches and chairs we spent a lot of time socializing there. the several comfortable chairs. The sliding glass doors in the living room led to the pool. Comfortable lounge chairs and a big table in the patio made that area like an extra room. House was spotless. Vacasa texted and called when we arrived to make sure everything was okay. That was a nice touch.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024Stayed at this mid-century modern home and was charmed by its potential. The property exudes vintage character but could use a little love to fully shine. The architecture is classic mid-century modern, with clean lines and an open-plan layout. The living area is spacious with large windows/sliding glass doors that open onto the pool area, though some of the furniture and decor seem dated and worn. With a little refresh, this space could be truly spectacular. The kitchen has a decent layout but the appliances are showing their age. A 4-cup coffee maker seemed too small for the number of guests this property can accommodate. Some modern touches here would make a world of difference. Bedrooms are cozy but could use a facelift to match the home’s stylish bones. The bathrooms, too, are functional, but one, in particular, is in need of modern touches and a bit of polish. Despite these cosmetic issues, the property has a lot to offer. The private pool and outdoor area have an outstanding view of the mountains, though the landscaping could use some renovating. Games, books, and puzzles are available. The hosts (Vacasa) were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable. If you’re someone who can appreciate the potential in this mid-century gem, then this home could be a fantastic retreat for you. P.S. Bring bug spray...the mosquitos devoured us at night.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Imagine driving 8 hours with expectation of a pool waiting for you ( 115deg ) to arrive to a dirty pool with a garden hose hanging in it. Was going to call next morning but pool guy showed up. He advised the pump and filler wre beoken and he had been advising property manager for months. He cleaned pool and turned on the hose to get fresh water into pool. He went to do other jobs and returned later to shut off. Saved the day. T his day was the hottest in history. The inside of the house was clean and the ac kicked butt. The towels and bedding were cheap. Not enough towels for amount of people. Outside there is noticeable deferred maintenance in the yard. Irrigation isnt feeding everything so we felt sad for all the dying plants. He saved the day cleaned pool

Stayed Jun 24, 2024We had an absolutely incredible stay at this mid-century house in Palm Springs! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stylish retro decor, spacious layout, and the stunning pool area. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of modern amenities and mid-century charm. The living areas are bright and airy, with comfortable seating that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and dining al fresco by the poolside was a highlight of our stay. Speaking of the pool area, it's simply spectacular. Offering plenty of shade and breathtaking views of the mountains, it was ideal for a refreshing dip or soaking up the California sun on the loungers. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in a fabulous neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs, we were just a short drive away from the vibrant shops and restaurants that the area has to offer. Yet, the neighborhood itself was peaceful and serene, allowing us to enjoy a quiet retreat when desired. Overall, we can't recommend this VRBO house enough for anyone looking to experience the charm and luxury of Palm Springs. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a romantic escape, this property checks all the boxes for a perfect stay. We're already dreaming of our next visit! Thank you to the host for sharing this gem with us—we can't wait to return!
