We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone (pet fee applies)

-Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs

-Dogs are not allowed on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds. Any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged, as we strive to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

-Guests must clean up all pet waste prior to checkout.

-Pets must be on a leash when outside the property.

-No cats allowed.

-A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.



Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.

    This was the perfect house for our weekend in Austin celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with friends! The neighborhood is all idyllic historic homes tucked away in a super quiet, safe area right between Mopac and Lamar. Quick car trip to 6th street or anything in the downtown area. This house is immaculately maintained and has all the historic Austin charm you could hope for. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is HUGE! Highly recommend this house for a group of 10-12 that want a quiet respite from the crazy parts of Austin!

    This property was so great for my group and I! The location is top tier, so many great neighborhood spots. We had 14 people in our group and there was definitely enough space for a weekend visit. The house is so charming and gorgeous. My only note for future renters is that if you are staying with a large group- make sure you guys are quite close! 2 of the 3 showers have very limited privacy and shared between potentially 6 guests each- this was fine for my group of close girlfriends but something to consider if you are traveling with a co-ed group!

    A fabulous home in a great neighborhood, only exceeded by the hospitality and responsiveness of the owner/host. Fully modernized, but retaining many elements of its historic originality, the home has everything you need for an extended stay. Greg is an amazing host and super helpful with quick answers on everything. I fully recommend this home without reservation!
