CONS: This house is in “the drug hood” as our uber driver called it. You CANT go anywhere alone & you shouldn’t be out there at night. I chose this place partly because I thought we would walk to the French quarter but it didn’t feel safe enough to do that. It’s also LOUD! The people living there/the homeless people right outside are doing drugs/partying until all hours. Luckily we brought ear plugs which helped. So bad area. Besides that, the inside was as pictured. Be aware that the curtains are flimsy and there are no blinds so it is very bright at night with lights shining in the windows. If you stay here you need a sleep mask. There was also stains on the comforters & I had popped in to grab luggage while the cleaners were there and they did not change the sheets on one of the beds because it looked mostly unslept it even though it had been slept in. Getting in is also weird. The lock with the code to get in the gate to get to the house is very finicky. Each time we would have to enter the code multiple times before it worked which is not great when you’re surrounded by homeless & drugs. I’d like to preface that no one bothered us and they were all nice but one of them even mentioned it always takes awhile for people to be able to get in that first gate. Instructions & getting in were not clear & the lock needs replaced. PROS: if you’re okay with everything above it is close to the quarter. Once I was inside I felt relatively safe. Management is very responsive & quick

We stayed for my husband’s 30th birthday and had a lovely stay! We were close to all the main site seeing spots and restaurants which made it so easy to travel as a group. The locals in the neighborhood were kind and generous with information on places to eat and visit. The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Check in and out was a breeze. The host was prompt to respond, kind, and very flexible. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling with family or friends!

Totally unimpressed, no internet for the entire stay. Utensils was very poor. Kurieg machine had to be held down for coffee. Pool was shared with neighborhood. Pictures of house was not even close. No grill as advertised. Management was horrible.Ment

We loved the location and privacy for parking our trucks and trailer. Descent home small bathrooms. Very clean. The host was quick and responsive to all of our needs. The beds were not comfortable to my liking. If you like firm mattresses you will love it. Interstate makes it hard to sleep in some of the bedrooms. Living room furniture could use an upgrade for the price. Furniture outdated and stained. Sofa was very hard and uncomfortable. There should be tv’s in all of the rooms for the price.

We really enjoyed the home. The bathrooms were very small, but the house was VERY nice, especially for the price. Parking was difficult since there was a neighbor who partially blocked the driveway during our entire stay, and a dumpster directly across the driveway on a very narrow street, which made getting into the off-street parking space particularly difficult. Tuesday night was especially difficult with all the people parking everywhere to go to the clubs.

The property was as described-bathrooms were small and bedrooms were small, but for the amount of time we spent there-it was great for our group. We were a short uber ride to the French Quarter and close to the bus route which was nice. There is a bar on the corner close to the property and it was a bit loud at night but overall we were pleased. We liked the one secured parking spot.

House was great, plenty of space, nice little living room kitchenette. 3 showers. Off street parking behind a good gate. Neighborhood was noisy and maybe not great for a family with children, but the property itself was great.
