Stayed Jun 12, 2019Carlo communicated with us efficiently throughout the process of booking, checking in and checking out. Sabrina was generous enough to allow us to leave our bags at the house prior to the check-in time, we'd arrived at 12.30, check in is officially 16.00. Carlo also texted us during our stay to ensure that everything was okay and to ask whether we needed anything. The property has everything that you need for a relaxing stay with the option of being able to sit and dine outdoors in the small garden area. The house is located very close to Poetto beach and you are not disturbed by traffic noise. The nearest supermarket is approximately 1km away and the bus stop into Cagliari is just around the corner from the house, buses are frequent. My only minor criticism is that the double bed is small (I weigh approximately 57kg and my partner 80kg) it doesn't appear to be a standard double bed size, so it can be a bit of a tight squeeze. Take mosquito repellent if visiting in June!!. I would however recommend this house for a relaxing week at Poetto
