Bright, spacious and comfortable 4th and top floor apartment, Poetto area

A clean and spacious apartment in a quiet residential area, a short bus ride away from the centre of Cagliari. Poetto beach a short walk and there are cafes, shops and parks nearby. Alberto the host is extremely prompt and very helpful - he arranged for a taxi to drop and pick us up from the airport, suggested things to do, restaurants to visit and also very kindly rescued us when we were lost wandering around very similar appartment blocks. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

What a wonderful wonderful time. The apartment is located close to everything. Very comfortable and quiet. The owners, Alberto and Sylvia, are amazing. Such wonderful caring and helpful people. We wanted to tour the inside of the Castello but because my husband has difficulty walking they put us in touch with Claudio who drives a TukTuk and we were able to have a marvelous private tour of not only the Castello but other parts of the city that we would not have been able to do on our own. The apartment is very comfortable and the neighbors, and neighborhood, fantastic. We didn’t want to leave. We would recommend this lovely place to everyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Cagliari. We are hoping to return again next year. Thank you again Alberto and Sylvia, you both are marvelous.

Very large spacious apartment in an upscale neighborhood…close to Poetto beach & a multitude of beaches both north & southwest of the apartment…also close is the historic center with numerous restaurants & lot’s of restaurants along the beach front…great central location to enjoy both areas in a quiet neighborhood…the apartment was very clean & great for a family…Alberto couldn’t have been more welcoming with excellent recommendations on local restaurants & things to do

The pictures shows exactly what you are booking. Very nice spacious, clean appartment, perfect for family with kids or group of friends. It is located in quiet neighbourhood about 1 km from the beach. Beach is large with a gentle descent to the sea and restaurant infrastructure, very good for children. Comunication to city center is also quite good., there are 3 buses about 200 m from appartment and journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Alberto is very friendly and helpful host which is rally care about his guests. We where very hppy there and definitely recomend this place.

Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious with fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood about 15 minutes walk to the beach. However, it is located really close to the city center. The Bus stop to get to Old City is about a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend to choose this option to stay in Cagliari.

Alberto is a cery generous and caring host. We were in communication before my arrival and throughout the stay. He was on hand to answer any questions and a great local guide. The apartment is a superb family space with ample rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Highly recommend this accommodation. Alberto is a wonderful, thoughtful host who is very quick to respond. The flat itself is large, has many comforts and is excellent sanitized.

Lovely location, 10 minute walk to the beach, short bus ride from downtown, and the local shops are all friendly and charming. The house is even better than in the pictures! It's just hard to take good indoor pictures with the beautiful sunlight streaming in this spacious airy apartment. The TV has free DVD which helps keeps the kids entertained. Really great space with plenty of free car parking if you rent a car. Seriously amazing place. We all loved it.
