•You Must be 28 years of age to book.
• We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. • All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.
• Pool heating is available as an add-on fee for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.
• A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.
• Parties, weddings, events, bachelor/bachelorette's of any kind are not permitted.
• Standard occupancy is limited to 12 guests. Up to 2 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.
• Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may incur a $250 per person, per night fee.
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in removal without refund.
• For stays of 30 nights or more, a refundable security deposit and signed Long-Term Addendum are required.

    I just returned from staying at this house with 11 girlfriends and we can’t wait to go back! This house was spotless and well maintained with plenty of extras like pool towels, wine refrigerator, enormous range, BBQ grill, hairdryer, washer / dryer and so much more – they thought of everything! There was tons of space and the views are incredible! You will find many places outside on the deck or at the pool to watch the sunset and just take in the breathtaking scenery. All the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are HUGE, and the daily housekeeping service was the icing on the cake! This house was the perfect size for a group of 10-12 people. It was a convenient to OldTown, hiking trails, coffee shop, grocery store, and the airport. All the communication prior and during the trip was answered promptly and super accommodating.

    Great views, and great location. Being on top of Camel back Mountain is luxurious. It's also close to shopping, food, etc!
