City Chic: Your Ideal Stay

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.



The Space:

This property does have a guesthouse behind the main home that we also rent out. The driveway is shared between guests at the main house and guests at the guest house. The home offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, plus a comfy queen sofa bed in the common area, so it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (pets are welcometoo!). You’ll have 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining table for everyone to gather. The living area is cozy and has a TV and board games for downtime. There’s also a private backyard if you want to get some fresh air or grill out. You'll have the entire house to yourself, and I’m always available if you need anything during your stay. Guest Access:

You’ll have access to the entire house and all its amenities during your stay. You’ll receive your unique door code for easy self-check-in as your arrival date gets closer. Parking is available at the end of the driveway and to the left in the two designated spots—this helps keep the main driveway open for the guest house. The wifi network is Freedomhouse and the password is freedomhouse3908. You’ll also have access to a virtual guidebook with lots of useful info about the property and the area. If you need any help with entry or anything else, I can unlock the property remotely or answer any questions. Let me know if you need anything else!



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is central and super convenient for exploring Charlotte! You’ll be just minutes from major spots like the airport, Bank of America Stadium, SouthEnd, Spectrum Center, and the Whitewater Center, so you can easily get to restaurants, breweries, sports events, and more. It’s a friendly area with easy access to main roads, so whether you’re here for work or play, you should find it easy to get around. If you’d like any specific recommendations for things to do or places to eat nearby, let me know and I’m happy to share my favorites!



Getting Around:

The home’s central location makes driving super convenient, you’re less than 5 miles from the airport, Bank of America Stadium, SouthEnd, and just a few more minutes to Uptown and Whitewater Center. For parking, you’ll want to use the spots at the end of the driveway and then to the left, so the main driveway stays clear for any guests staying at the guest house. If you’d prefer ride-shares or public transit, let me know and I can point you in the right direction. Happy to help with any recommendations for getting around Charlotte!



Other Things to Note:

We require the guest that booked the house to sign a rental agreement agreeing to our house rules



Interaction with Guests:

I’ll be available to help with anything you need between 6 AM and 10 PM, just message me here on the platform and I’ll do my best to respond quickly. Once you’ve completed the registration process and signed the rental agreement via the guest portal link, I’ll provide your check-in instructions. Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM, but if you’re hoping to arrive earlier, let me know your estimated arrival time and I’ll see what’s possible based on our cleaning schedule. If you run into any issues during your stay, like a maintenance concern, I may ask you to check a shut-off valve or something simple before arranging a visit, just to speed things up.
