No Pets: We have a strict no-pet policy. Guests arriving with pets will not be accommodated, and no exceptions will be made. This helps us prevent the risk of flea infestations and carpet damage.

No Excessive Drinking or Parties: This is a peaceful property—not a party venue. Loud gatherings, heavy drinking, or intoxication on the premises are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the unit. Discarding cigarette butts on the grounds is also prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus the cost of any necessary cleaning or repairs.

Water Note: The unit has soft water throughout, except for the kitchen sink’s cold water tap, which is regular water for drinking and cooking.
