The heated pool has 6 chaise lounges with shade umbrellas, and the large yard features a hammock, a spa, and a fire pit lounge. The shaded al fresco dining area and gas BBQ grill are also perfect for poolside dining. This property is pure mid-mod magic with lots of space for your entire group to spread out, relax, and enjoy. There is parking for up to three vehicles in the carport and driveway. A 40-amp ChargePoint EV charging station is free of charge for overnight charging. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. SLEEPING QUARTERS All three bedrooms have been beautifully styled like a boutique hotel, each with its own unique vibe, and feature a hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a Queen bed and an en suite bath, with private backyard access. One guest bedroom has Two Twin Beds and access to the yard, and the other guest room features a Queen Bed with a desk in case anyone needs to take a Zoom call. Both guest bedrooms share easy access to the hall bathroom.
