Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this house because it had an elevator as my husband is disabled. We were disappointed when the Master Shower had no grab bar and no soap holder. I had to go to Walmart and get a suction cup grab bar and suction cup soap holder. All chairs were very low, which made it difficult for older adults to get up. Because of these issues, I would not recommend it for older adults who have issues such as mentioned above. Otherwise, it was a good house.

Well appointed and plenty of room. All appliances in good working order and no complaints during our stay. Some issues with the pool chemical balance( rained several days) were addressed by the management company in a timely fashion with the pool maintenance company quick to arrive. Treated every afternoon to ' Wild Kingdom' - watching an osprey catch & then eat a fish perched upon a palm tree !Would rent again.

A fine property and we were very happy overall. We could not however, until the last of four days, operate the HVAC at all. It kept cooling even with cool to cold weather outside and it was therefor almost cold inside. Not what we came to Florida for!! Either better instructions or a simpler control system is needed!!

In the master bedroom, someone before us left a shirt and it was lying on the floor. The sheets on the downstairs queen bed were sour and smelt bad. We had to take them off and wash them. I was a little disappointed in the pool as it was dirty and by the 3rd day we could not swim in it as it was green with algae. My grandchildren were disappointed but thank goodness for the clubhouse pool as it was wonderful.

We had a great quick family getaway! House was very nice and the air conditioning worked really well. There was an issue with the pool when we first got there but it was taken care of quickly!

We had a wonderful gathering! The house was great for the whole group! The elevator was great for my 80yo sister who stayed in the “penthouse “. We will probably be back!

We booked this property because it had an elevator. We had our elderly parents with us. It was wonderful! They were able to enjoy the decks on all floors and the pool. The house is lovely and the kitchen has everything a cook would need. There are bikes and beach equipment in the garage that we were able to use.Unfortunately, we had a few maintenance issues during the week. The upstairs sink was clogged, but maintenance was able to fix it quickly. The oven stopped working after the first day. They were not able to get it working before we left. It was very disapointing as we love to cook! Thankfully, there was a grill. The wifi stopped working. They had to get the local company to come out and work on it. The repair man was there for over 2 hours. Very loud and wanted to tell us all things. I wish maintenance had been there to work with him. It took at least half a day, but they finally got it working. The people that were renting next door had a dog that barked constantly. John, the maintenance person (who is amazing!) told them that they would have to do something with the dog, but nothing happened. There was a new house under construction next door. The workers tossed beer cans into the back yard that we cleaned up. The construction was understandable, but not the dog. Ultimately, the property was lovely and we would definately stay again. I just hope that the community reconsiders allowing dogs with rentals. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed with 2 other couples and our 2 adult children and we never felt crowded, literally every family had their own floor. No need to bring anything other than your personal items because they have everything you need, a pool, pool toys, floats, bikes, a baby stroller, a wagon, beach towels and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials for making dinners and the WI-FI was up and running which worked out well for some of our remote family workers. There beds were comfy and it’s just a short walk to the beach and the amenity centers. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back and making new memories.

Great house in a great location. Convenient to the clubhouse, Publix, and great restaurants. Instructions for the TVs for the technically challenged would have been nice. Check out time being so early and check in time being later in the evening didn’t give much time for those days of which you pay a hefty price for not to enjoy. Cleaning service needs attention. When the sun shines in the dust to arrangements and on tops of entertainment centers and baseboards shows they haven’t been touched in quite some time. The pool and spa, once the maintenance man did a reset, everything started working properly and everyone enjoyed it.
