Stayed Dec 26, 2025The property was nice but not worth all the problems we had. While at the property, the thermostat kept reverting to the air conditioning setting after I had changed it to heat. It was cold and rainy and we got cold at night. There were no instructions for the thermostat or where the outside garbage was located. I had to move the shower curtain rod lower so that water would not go on the floor. The shower curtain had orange mildew. One kitchen towel was badly stained with a footprint. I bought salt and pepper for the kitchen and left it for the next guests. I truly don’t like to complain but I have never had so many issues with a vacation rental. Besides these issues, it was a nice place to stay.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025Clean, modern house with plenty of room for family gathering. Location is perfect…just outside the busy part of St. George, but close to outdoor activities and a 5 minute drive to everything in town. Awesome spot, my first choice when visiting the area.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Very clean, tasteful decor, and well stocked! We didn't even use all the amenities because we were out adventuring in the desert most of the time. But I wish we would have used the nice BBQ and fireplace on the outdoor table. Lots of space for our group of 4 adult women to enjoy their own beds. We loved having a garage to store bikes. This place was top notch!

Stayed Mar 28, 2024Stayed here with 6 adults and a 1.5 year old for a family Easter weekend. The place was clean, not too much of a drive to anything. We could get to bike trails with just a short bout on the streets. We brought our own bikes but they also provided a bunch which was cool. And the little hot tub was a nice touch for the cold desert nights. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but weren’t horrible either, kind of what you expect for a rental. Overall a great experience and we would totally stay here again.

Stayed May 4, 2023It was exactly what we had expected. It was clean, tidy, the kitchen was well-equipped and it was fun to have bikes to ride during our stay! We would definitely stay here again.
