A beautiful holiday home perfectly described and photographed, we had exactly what it was. Exceptionally clean, we stay in luxury homes every year and some are most certainly not clean! So well done to the cleaning team. Very comfortable, great location. The hill down to Carbis Bay was a lot steeper than I realised, maybe a mention in the description? Had I known maybe it would have swayed our choice. . Some days we just stayed in the pool and outside areas. Perfect. A great location for visiting other areas.

We stumbled upon this house whilst looking for the perfect holiday house for our final holiday with our mum and it was everything we could have wanted and more! The house itself was beautiful, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The pool and hot tub were well used and perfect for privacy. The facilities in the house were everything we could have possibly needed with plenty of seating. The location was perfect as well, easy to get to St Ives and other parts of Cornwall without needing the cars due to the close proximity of the train station. Couldn’t recommend this house more, the perfect place to make some of the best final memories with our mum! We really hope to come back again!!

Chy An Eglos is a fantastic house and a great base for a family holiday in the area. Myself and my family were very impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the property and the selection & variety of the art pieces, along with the tasteful furnishings, added to the feeling of homeliness. Outside, the heated pool is an absolute godsend & I found it really hard to tear myself away from it, as did our 15 month old granddaughter . We have stayed in a few houses in and around St Ives/Carbis Bay, but I have to say that this one is by far the best property we have used and would highly recommend it to all of our wider family and friends. I would also like to commend Luxury Coastal on their excellent communication throughout the whole process.

Chy An Eglos was a wonderful base for our cornish holiday. Its situation was excellent for all the things we wanted to do: sit on the beach, sea swim, explore west cornwall. There are lots of good eating opportunities in the area. I would particularly recommend the cream teas in the garden setting on the B3306 to Zennor. All the useful facilities e.g. supermarkets are handy. The property itself was excellent. Very well presented when we arrived, with a welcome pack. The pool and jacuzzi were much used. The local contact was also very helpful as she helped us to retrieve the sunglasses we had left behind. All in all we had a superb time in a great place to stay.

We stayed here as a family group recently for a birthday celebration and whilst the house itself is beautiful and having the pool and hot tub absolutely brilliant, it’s beautifully decorated and lots of thought has been put into making you comfortable. It is however lacking in some of the basics such as somewhere to hang towels both wet and dry! No real accessible mirrors in the bedrooms or even the house and only 1 hairdryer in the house with these little (but important) things addressed it would be an absolute dream.

We had a great time staying in Carbis Bay , the house was beautiful and perfect our stay. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was great. The house was clean and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. The coffee and tea was a nice touch , as we forgot to bring some! The location is great and 2 mins walk from a beautiful sandy beach. Thanks for letting us stay , we will certainly book again!

Lovely stay in our favourite area of Cornwall. We had a few issues with the heating which was quickly resolved. Great communication with the holiday company. Although we had some rainy days the pool Was heated for us and we loved it every day. Great property and location, would definitely stay again thank you

Fantastic property, in a fantastic location. Kids loved the pool, and a short walk to the beach.
