Chugiak Bungalow-Beautiful Mountain Views

One of the wonderful experiences I had in My life the room was awesome seeing the Mountains out your door in the morning is A blessing. Stay here and enjoy.

Incredible views, super clean, gracious host

The view from this property is unbelievable and the hosts were very responsive! We enjoyed our stay and found the room quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. Our only observation is that it is quite small and felt a bit cramped at times for a longer stay like ours (a week)... just something to be aware of when you book.

The property is amazing. The views are incredible. The owners are so thoughtful and they make you feel so welcome and at home. We will definitely be coming back.

Very clean, easy parking, easy to get to, and an amazing view on the day the fog cleared off. I do wish there was a couch instead of a the fireplace, but we didn't spend much time lounging in the room. It worked great for 2 people and we'll definitely be back again.

This was an amazing vacation for us! We absolutely love Alaska and will definitely stay here again. The view is spectacular even though we didn't see the Auroras.

Cabin was clean with many personal touches. Cabin setting was outstanding great view of the mountains while sitting around the firepit looking for the northern lights was very relaxing. Had problem unlocking the cabin door but host was on top of it and quickly. Recommend to anyone to stay at this location.

The bungalow was as advertised. Comfortable stay at a great price. There was a very minor issue, but with a quick message to tje owners it was cleared up in no time.

Perfect centralized location that is very private , close to anything you may need but still feels like you are away from everything. Absolutely love this place.

Charming little cottage! It was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed. Perfect for a relaxing getaway—highly recommend!

We showed up late, around midnight. It was cold, freezing, and windy. We weren’t sure which of the two bungalows we got, so that could have been better communicated to us, but we luckily guessed right. The door code worked right away, and it was easy to get in. Nice and cozy warmth inside with a cute fire stove. Really felt like a beautiful safe haven in the midst of that little blizzard. Everything about this place is perfect. The only other nuance is the fridge settings; we were struggling to find the right setting on the dial that didn’t freeze our refrigerated goods, but not mellow enough that the ice cream would melt. The view is worth a million dollars alone, maybe more, actually. It’s in a safe area, somewhat tucked away and elevated and hidden from the major byways of the neighborhood and main roads. The sign indicating the address is sometimes covered by the weekly red rubbish bins, so don’t miss your turn like we did one of the nights, haha. The sign with the address on it is cute, but perhaps it could be elevated to a position above the height of the rubbish take out bins. Long driveway, fresh air, 10/10 comfort. Great price. Would love to visit here again someday—definitely a good Vrbo. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, and these guys have earned every star 100%.
