We're excited to introduce Chimney Creek Lodge, a charming new addition to the Landmark collection. Nestled in Lake Toxaway, this spacious 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom retreat sleeps 12, and offers a peaceful, private setting overlooking its own creek and cascading waterfalls, creating a backdrop that feels both serene and unforgettable.

Inside, the main level is bright, open, and thoughtfully designed. Large windows flood the space with natural light and draw the outdoors in, creating a seamless connection to the surrounding woods.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new, high-end appliances and everything you need, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Both drip and Keurig coffee makers are available, and the nearby laundry room adds everyday convenience. Enjoy meals together at a dining table that comfortably seats six. The living room is warm and inviting, featuring cozy seating, peaceful wooded views, a stone fireplace with gas logs, and streaming TV, perfect for unwinding and gathering at the end of the day.

There are two bedrooms located on the main level. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with a fireplace, and streaming TV for your enjoyment. The ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and dual vanities. The main floor guest bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom located just next door.

Heading upstairs is a second primary suite. Thoughtfully designed for flexibility, this suite includes a king bed and a twin daybed, ideal for a small family or additional guests. Complete with an ensuite bathroom, generous closet space, and streaming TV.

Step onto the deck and take in the sights and sounds of your own private creek and cascading waterfalls, an incredibly rare and peaceful setting that defines the entire experience! Follow the stone staircase down to the water's edge, where a private seating area invites you to unwind beside the creek. Whether it's children wading and playing along the shoreline or a quiet morning coffee surrounded by the soothing sound of rushing water, this is where the experience becomes truly unforgettable.

Wraparound decks on both levels create multiple outdoor spaces, each designed to take full advantage of the natural setting. The upper deck features oversized rocking chairs and a striking chimney fireplace, an ideal spot to relax while listening to the creek below. A propane grill is available, making outdoor dining as effortless as it is enjoyable.

Chimney Creek is located in the Catatoga Community offering on-site hiking trails and access to additional coummunity amenities. These include a clubhouse with fitness room and seasonal swimming pool as well as use of kaykas on nearby Indian Lake.
