Welcome to our spacious 3BR/2BA family home in the quiet Cal Park neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Chico. Enjoy an open floor plan with a 75” TV, dedicated workspace, and central heat/AC for year-round comfort.

Sleeping arrangements include a California king bed, full bed, and bunk beds, with an Aerobed available upon request. The home sleeps 8 comfortably and includes two bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub.

Step outside to a private backyard oasis featuring apool, hot tub, BBQ, smoker, and pizza oven—perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
