Chico Charmer steps away from downtown, Chico State, & Lower Bidwell Park

What a lovely stay! Walking distance to the hot spots in Chico. The owner was especially kind and helpful. She really went the extra mile to host us. I highly recommend!

This property is wonderful. Annie has coffee, tea, oatmeal, bars and a few other snacks to grab in the kitchen. It is very clean. Easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here the next time!

Very clean home. The air conditioning was quite welcome. We appreciated the roomy lay out of the home and the three full bedrooms, making this a nice, non-cramped stay for our family. Some of the beds are not the most comfortable, but this was a small inconvenience.

Beautiful home and so typical Chico! Air conditioning took awhile to figure out but that was why we had our high schooler with us! Clean and cozy and so close to downtown!

The Chico Charmer is a lovely little house with comfortable beds, a great patio area out back and a location that quiets down nicely at night. It's an easy walk to downtown food and drinks too! Clean, comfortable and near the park, it was a great base for our visit to Chico. We'll book again next time we're in that part of California!

Love the location,easy walk downtown Chico and the lovely house. Glad the shower replaced the tub. Enjoyed the outdoor patio . Hope to stay here again for our next visit.

Our one-night stay in this clean, comfy place was way too short. Definitely hoping to return next year.

My husband, Son and I came to see our Granddaughter/daughter compete in the first track meet of the year and found this little gem to stay in. We've stayed in MANY VRBO's over the years and this was one of the very best ! As a lover of old homes, I was so impressed with how beautifully restored this home was. Every detail looked original and this was by far the cleanest home we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was very well stocked (all the snacks provided were so appreciated) and the yard was just lovely. The only problem was we only got to be there for one night this time (we'll plan better next visit :) )Communication with both Annie and Kelsey was easy and they responded to us immediately when needed.We got to spend precious time with our Granddaughter and she took 1st place in her track event.....just a perfectly wonderful time ! Thank you for thinking of everything to make our visit so nice, we will be back very soon. Sincerely, Joyce and family

Our second visit to the Chico Charmer over Thanksgiving and it was just as great as our first a year ago. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The property owner is a very responsive, flexible host. Thanks Annie!

Great little house, had everyrhing we needed. Communication was amazing. Nice walk to downtown during the day, we did uber at night. Would stay there again.

Close enough to walk but far enough from downtown to not hear the noise!

I was with a college friend, and we were visiting another friend in Chico. This house was sooo nice and fit our needs perfectly. We were there fro 108 degree weather and the house remained cool and pleasant. The host -- Annie was very responsive. the location was ideal.. near to downtown. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time visiting our old stomping grounds! And this property was a perfect place to take a walk down memory lane. Annie was unbelievably helpful and very quick to respond. We will definitely be back next time we are passing through!
