Chicago Style Town home in a gated community!!Spacious 1100sqft

Good communication, quiet neighborhood.

It was very clean,great wifi,excellent communication and so much more! Recommended if we ever need to stay in this area again we will be staying here!

Was in town visiting for a family gathering. Chicago style townhome was close to the party. CST was spacious for my family and I.

Appreciated the coffee, soap, shampoo, and towels. Wished their were beach towels as well for the pool. Appreciate, if I needed anything the host would respond immediately, with kindness and respect. Loved that the pool was right next door.

We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Located in a gated community and very secure. The 2 bedrooms were roomy and living area/dining room spacious. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

My family visiting was not able to stay in this place due to some issues that arised but Simon was great at communicating with me to place my family in a different location. The location was fantastic and had all amenities necessary. I truly appreciate Simon's quick response and accommodations.

So this property was absolutely NOT what was advertised in the pictures like it wasn’t even the even close . It was a totally different property from the one I set the reservation for. For one the TV in the living room didn’t work , I even informed them and nothing was done . And when I got to the property my contact didn’t even send my the information like I was told he would when I spoke to him earlier that same day . Now let’s talk about the master bedroom shower . It had mold in the dinners of the shower . I took a few pictures of it for reference. I would not recommend this property.

Very clean condo to stay in, well-equipped. Owner was very communicative and even went out of there way to help us when there was a mechanical problem. They proactively called us and accomodated our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderfully located... Beautiful spacious townhouse...very clean! Need extra blankets for the 5th person sleeping in the living room please...

Simon is truly an amazing host -- not only adding great touches to the property big fridge, artwork, comfy beds, but staying in touch throughout my 4 week stay to ensure things were going well. Perfect space & location for a month-long work assignment! A great gated neighborhood for added security, not only did I feel as part of a community, I got to know not only Simon, but many neighbors as well. Hope to stay at this (or another) property managed by Simon if he'll have me back! Loved the key pad entrance, as we had arrived way past midnight. There were also some extra touches that weren’t expected but greatly appreciated, like cold water bottles in the fridge, mini travel pack hand sanitizers, extra toilet papers, extras linens. Overall a great experience and definitely an option for future trips to Edinburg.
