Stayed Aug 8, 2025This house is cute, and the host was fine to work with. Instructions were clear, and there isn't an insane checkout list. However, the photos aren't up to date. The pretty green couch and nice cream rug are no longer in the home, and a very bland gray couch and a boring rug in desperate need of cleaning have replaced them. Everything worked. As others have said, the kitchen could be better equipped, and it's an old house, so very creaky and the floors are not level. All in all a fine stay.

Stayed Apr 10, 2024It was an older home that had been updated with nice finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was ample sleeping arrangements. The kitchen had newer functioning appliances but lacked utensils, pots, pans and knives (seemed like second hand odds and ends). No written guest book to share instructions for use of the TV/cable/streaming apps, locking the electronic door lock, or local attractions/restaurants. The manager did not respond to direct questions about the TV operations. Very limited off street parking.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023Upon arrival, unit had water in the basement. Plumber was already on it, but he flooded the back yard with the discharge. Next day, water came back with a smell. We left abruptly and were promised compensation from the property manager. Once month out and no compensation.
