Stayed Sep 5, 2025Although we enjoyed our stay, we had several issues. The company communicated with us but we felt we were not appropriately compensated. Beware if you stay here. When we arrived, the house was almost 80 degrees on the main floor meaning it was much more in the bedrooms on the second floor. We were arriving with young children (a baby and toddler - which was noted when we booked) and the AC took until the next morning to cool off. It was unsafe for our baby to nap in the house that first afternoon and we were so hot that first night, it was pretty miserable. When you are paying for an expensive place you expect better. We also had issues with the hot water not working for 24 hours. For whatever reason, it did start working again right before we left. When I reached out about this I felt like they dismissed our concern and acted like we just didn't know how to get the hot water although I can assure you there was NO hot water and no, no one took a long shower or anything. We didn't take a hot shower the last 24 hours and did not have hot water to wash our babies bottles.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025We had a wonderful stay here! The layout of the home worked perfectly for two couples, giving us both shared space to enjoy together and privacy (our own decks) when we wanted it. We especially loved having the decks for a quiet morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and the pool was such a bonus during the warm Austin summer days. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay really enjoyable.The only small note is that the home is reasonably close to the highway, so you can hear some traffic at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and it’s not something the host can control.Overall, a great place to stay, we’d definitely recommend it!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024Beautiful property. Pictures are very accurate. Loved the outdoor space! We couldn't get the lights outside to work which was a bummer because I'm sure it would have been even more gorgeous. Overall very easy to work with the renters. I will definitely stay here again.
