Chic Thomas Square Home in Walkable Location!

The house is charming, enough seating for all my friends. Lovely kitchen with all necessary essentials. Loved the half bath on the main level.

The location was amazing, we really enjoyed ourselves. We did occasionally have issues finding parking but that was because we had a larger SUV. I’d say next time we come to Savannah we would benefit from renting a smaller vehicle.

Property was lovely and exactly as described! Very clean and cute! We felt safe and secure . Quick drive to downtown . Street parking was easy and accessible. Would highly recommend!!

House was beautiful and we enjoyed the close proximity to everything we wanted to see. Thank you so much!We wanted to inform you of the window damage in the bedroom that overlooks the street. It looks like either water or termite damage that you should probably get inspected. Would not want this beautiful home to incur further damage.

Overall our experience was ok. The home is nicely updated and comfortable. It took us the entire first night to figure out the HVAC system as they lock it into an ECO mode that will not allow you to reduce the temperature below 77/78. Not sure about you but that is a little toasty for us in the middle of summer. The property on site support persons for whom they provide to call if you need any assistance did not answer when we called and did not respond when we texted and e-mailed. So that was frustrating. Parking is another issue and half “fib” in the listing. Most evenings we could not find a parking spot on the street and had to park around the corner up another street. Not at all convenient for us as it was pouring rain every evening and we had to load/unload stuff into our car as we were in town for the Banana Ball Youth Baseball Tournament. Forget double parking to load and unload. The street is so narrow, one car blocks the entire street as people are parked lining both sides of the street. This is also what I consider a “transitional” area as there were more than a few questionable character roaming around this commercial/residential mix area. The toilets we’re pretty disgusting, as were the floors. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I am assuming this is the same company used for local support, as they were of zero help. The washing machine is absolutely yucky and needs to be cleaned. Pulling your clothes out results in them getting covered in the black mold coating the entirety of the opening seal. Final piece of advice is around the television which did not function. Took a day to figure out cables for the speaker and TV were disconnected and/or moved so that we spent the first day without any functional TV for our son. Considering the substantial “Cleaning fee” assessed, the property management company is failing here miserably. We had to clean the place completely the second day and felt pretty unsure about the status of bedding and towels with the state of everything else. The property was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Plus side - mattresses were comfy, but had a hard time sleeping wondering about the likelihood for bed bugs and other critters reflective of the cleanliness of the rest of the property.

The house was beautiful! Both the owner and the property manager were accommodating and personable. The accommodations were first class! Savannah was great and lots of fun!

Great home and location! Clean and the host was able to accommodate early check in. The location was great and close to some fun bars and restaurants. Perfect for a group of friends.

This house was a perfect fit for us 5 girls! We totally enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Savannah! I did have to call the property manager and she was super nice and very helpful. The house was clean, comfortable and adorable! It was decorated and remodeled beautifully. We all said it was a great pick and would definitely stay here again.

Very fun weekend stay property. The annual Savannah Slithering Parade went right outside of the property--we had no idea--and it was such a fun experience!!

The house is a short walk from nice local eateries and a short drive to the historic district. The property manager was really attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
