Chic Serenity in the Heart of Santa Monica - Walking Distance to the Beach

This is a lovely bright home away from home. The beds are very comfortable which is important to us! Love that there is a garage because street parking is often hard to find. The property is safe with coded gate access then a key entry.

Nice property, quiet and clean. A car is needed to get to the town unless you are a very good walker. A bit short on kitchen equipment. No welcome pack of milk, eggs etc which would be nice. On the whole a good place for a few days. Comfortable queen beds, towels a bit small and worn, pillows are stained and a bit dirty..

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the area felt safe throughout our visit. It’s about a mile from the Santa Monica Pier and the Metro train, and it was very easy to get picked up by Waymo for short rides around the area. We had no issues at all during our 4-day stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area.

The Loft House is in a great location, it's bright, open and welcoming, and Deborah was responsive when I reached out with questions or concerns. I deducted 2 stars because some of the appliances, furniture and kitchen supplies show significant wear and, in general, the house is poorly maintained. The communication about how to operate the HVAC system did not include the significant information that both units need to be set to the same mode. I learned that after the heat went out in the middle of the night. Overall, the Loft House didn’t provide the expected value for the price.

Beautiful place - very clean and well maintained. The garage space was a big help in not being worried about the hours of street parking.Of note, the 2nd bedroom is upstairs on a spiral staircase, so just needs to be utilized by people with good mobility.

We loved the apartment. Was perfect for our needs! Will definitely try and stay there again next time we come to Santa Monica.

It was a great place to relax and explore Santa Monica. Nice and airy, the loft was comfortable and the deck off of it was a nice surprise. Neighborhood is great to walk about, and lose to things.

Would definitely recommend and stay again! Great location, quiet neighborhood, loved having garage parking spot and washer/dryer access in garage. Was exactly as posted and loved having coffee on balcony! Very comfortable and every appliance and air conditioning worked beautifully.

The loft house was perfect in every way! The host provides great communication with directions and access. The property is very well appointed, new, with all the amenities you need. The host is easily accessible if you wish, but the space is very private and secure. I would recommend staying here and hope to visit again! Thank you for such a great stay.

My Mom and I visited LA for a long weekend and Deborah’s property was perfect for us! Great location near to the beach in Santa Monica, and it had plenty of space for us, and the dedicated garage spot was ideal. Deborah was responsive and her instructions were helpful.

We so enjoyed our stay at this unique and beautiful property. It exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed walks in the lovely neighborhood and to the beach and pier. We tried several of the restaurants in the book in the coffee table (our favorites were Piccolo and Cobi's) it was nice to see the recommendations. The windows let in amazing sunlight and the weather was perfect in April for opening them for the breeze. I was glad to have packed my sleep mask, though, those lovely windows let in a lot of light at night. I'm sure it would've been less if we had closed the shades all the way, but I couldn't bear to cover up the openness! Deborah was very quick to respond when I had a question. I'm so glad we ended up here for our Santa Monica trip.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate with everything we needed for a family of four. Deborah was very welcoming and lovely host. Would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. 15-20 minute walk to a trader Joe’s and a great kitchen to work in. We loved the location and the separate spaces. Would 100% stay here again

Loft House is a very appropriate name. Very efficient, cozy, clean. One bedroom downstairs and then spiral staircase to an even loftier space. Very convenient to many places, but quiet

Very comfortable property. Good location. Garage parking space is too small because there another car that is too close to the guest spot. We ended up parking on the street which was fine as there were plenty of spaces.

Our stay was wonderful. We arrived and it was extremely clean and bright and cheery. Lots of windows and natural light and the location was perfect . There were plenty of fresh towels and a couple of water bottles in the fridge which was thoughtful. Check out was effortless . We highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely return!

This house was the end of our road trip through California and it didn’t disappoint. The property was exactly as listed. It is located in a nice neighbourhood and we walked to Santa Monica pier to enjoy restaurants and sunsets and walked back later in the evenings as well. It was great base to explore the rest of LA. The loft house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again.
