Chic San Diego Abode Rooftop Balcony + Bay Views!

We came with our three adult children and their significant others. Enough space for us all. Beautiful home with all the amenities. Very clean and as advertised. We would love to be able to return to this property again!!

Stayed here for a 4 day “girls getaway weekend” and had the best time. The house is lovely, spacious, & comfortable. Beds were oh so comfortable and the area was quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed & provides lots of space if you have a large group. There were only 3 of us so we had ample room throughout the entire house. We LOVED all the patios, but were disappointed that we were not able to enjoy them more…. We had only gray skies throughout the weekend. Really liked having a garage to park our car, was nice not having to worry about street parking. Check in & check out details were clear and were provided in advance. Had no issues accessing the house or garage. All went very smoothly. Really enjoyed this property and would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

This is a well-maintained property with clear pride of ownership. There were numerous touches that aren’t common in other rentals - throw blankets in the living space, high quality paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters) and linens (bath towels that were actually fluffy), and plentiful cooking utensils (mesh strainers, block of sharp knives).Our family of four was very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces; making use of the rooftop for sunset viewing, the dining table for eating outdoors, and loungers on the front lawn for some reading.The home is only a block away from a ramp to the boardwalk and offered some beach toys, chairs, and towels we could bring along.While the home is 3 levels, we didn’t find the amount of stairs overwhelming. The majority of our time was spent on the upper two levels (living & bedrooms)Communication with the owner was clear and kind. We appreciated the text after settling in to make sure everything was ok.Overall, this is a great value for the price. If given the opportunity, we would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

I think we enjoyed every square inch of this home! Loved The well stocked kitchen complete with some basic spices!Great location! Close to the airport and a Trader Joe’s. Easy day trips to the zoo and Legoland.

The home is stunning! Beautiful features and furnishings, great location, and was perfect for our short family vacation in San Diego. It was the first time all of our kids have been in the same space in a long time so it was extra special having a comfortable place to relax, play games, walk to the beach and have meals together. The owners were gracious and accommodating. We had the best time! We highly recommend!

Our large group found this to be the perfect place to stay. We got a lot of use out of the many different patios and especially the rooftop. Very short walking distance to the bay and mission beach.

I love walking into such a clean and open space! Location was perfect, close to everything. They had everything you’d need in the house, plus beach cruisers, SUPs and body boards. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. The views were great and the house was so comfortable. Warning there are a lot of stairs in the house. Got my steps in!

Our family loves this home! Beautiful, modern, spacious and very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Gorgeous outdoor spaces. PERFECT location - so close to everything, yet in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Whole experience was seamless from beginning to end - owners are friendly and attentive, and accommodated a special request. Thankful to have found this gem and will definitely re-book next time we’re in San Diego! Many thanks!

Property is just like photos, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc., communication with us was wonderful and welcoming, we enjoyed getting to the bay and beach as much as possible as the weather could not have been better, enjoyed sunsets from the upper levels, and appreciated having a garage to park our car as well as bikes for cruising the paths. We'd gladly stay again. Only things to point out (as other reviewer have) is the fact that there are many stairs, so if you or anyone in your group has trouble with stairs or is young and needs to be supervised closely you might not want this property. Also, parking on the streets can be difficult at times if you have more than one car. Thanks for letting us use your rental!!! Hoping to come back!
