Chic Orlando Family Getaway w/ Fenced Yard!

I absolutely adored my stay can’t wait to return!!

Property looked exactly as represented on listing. Home was spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Location was not as close to the interstate as I would have liked. We initially were hesitant about the neighborhood when we arrived but we had no issues during our stay. We also enjoyed the very large TV and large and comfortable sitting area in the living room.

My family rented this property as it was close to where my brother moved. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the place was. the rooms all had their own tv in case anyone wanted to have their own time to unwind and the shared spaces were well-thought out.The house is located in a residential area, far enough from the main road where it was really peaceful and quiet. My one note to anyone unsure about renting is that the backyard space is very minimal and not really a selling feature. This did not have an effect on our trip as we spent minimal time at the house but anyone looking for a house they can bbq and have a large yard may want to reconsider. Other than that, I think my family will rent here again for the proximity to my brother and the comfort it provided.Would love if the property reconsidered their no pet policy but understand why they aren't allowed. That is more of a personal preference due to the dogs in my family and should not dissuade anyone without dogs.

This is a great location for those traveling with families. It was close enough to the main Orlando attractions and great room for 7 people. Very clean and host is amazing at communicating.

Lovely Home my only take aways are the microwave wasn't working. Trying to connect to the wifi was a headache. Most of all the TV in the master bedroom did not work it came on but the sound was horrible ?

Took 3 calls for someone to come and fix fire alarms, no microwave and patio furniture were dirty, not a pleasant patio to hang out.

When we arrived at the house, we were stunned. The pictures are great but when we saw the house live, it was even better.The instructions were clear and everything was set up wonderfully, even down to having the bath towels folded in neat origami styles.What was really outstanding was when we had an issue with the air conditioning. The A/C stopped working during the second day of our stay. The contact person answered his phone and was very quick in getting things rolling regarding a repair. He had a service person come over and try to solve the problem but when it persisted they did everything they could to get it working. By the second day he had had 2 guys there doing a big repair, probably at weekend labor rates! The A/C was fixed and we were able to be very comfortable (we're from Central PA, so we are not as accustomed to the warm almost 100 degree temps in Florida) Let's face it, life happens. When things like that occur I'd like to know I have a good person who is willing to do whatever it takes to work through the problem. To me that said a whole lot more than anything else. If it's an amazing house, but there is no support when something goes wrong, you have a miserable time. The house was spectacular and perfect for our family for the 3 days we were in Orlando.Would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is located within driveable distance to many attractions including Universal Studios and Disney as well as the beach. My only concerns were that I didn’t have adequate cookware to cook with. I fortunately brought my own 9x13 Pyrex pan so I was able to cook in that. The nonstick cookware that is offered in the home is scratched and when I cooked with it it smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall we enjoyed our trip and the house was great for the price and to rest after long days of exploring Universal and Disney.

Booked the place for our family trip to Disney. Not bad driving distance and was nice being able to have our group together without having the expense of multiple hotel rooms. House was well maintained and quite comfortable. Would definitely consider booking again if I planned another trip.
