Stayed Aug 22, 2025Overall, we had a good experience. Location is great. Beds were comfortable. The place could have used a bit of a deep cleaning, especially the floors. The outside area was fine but lots of spider webs. The main area needs more seating. We are a family of 4, with two younger kids, and we felt a bit cramped. Communication with the host was good and he responded quickly to any messages we sent.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025The house was even better than the pictures, and it was immaculate. Location is terrific - every morning my baby and I would walk to one of many bagel or bakeries within a few minutes walk, and in the afternoons my big kids and I would walk to the beach and to get ice cream. Highly recommend!

Lots of space, perfect location within walking distance to downtown Wayzata, very clean, comfortable beds, great and prompt communication from Frederick. Would definitely rent again. Stayed Dec 23, 2024The house was exactly as described. Open floor plan and large kitchen were perfect for our family of 5 to hang out in. Location is perfect to visit restaurants in Wayzata and Lake Minnetonka. Host was responsive. Would definitely stay at this house again.
