Stayed Apr 10, 2024Bottom line, we would gladly stay here again. Off street parking, walking distance to very good restaurants and next door to a grocery store all helped make it a perfect place for us. The fresh fruit from the property they provided and snack bowl were big pluses. We would recommend it to friends.

Stayed Jan 24, 2024My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean!! The location was perfect and close to all of the sites that we wanted to visit in LA. Ken was a great host and my only regret was that we didn't get to spend more time chatting with him.

The house was clean and well maintained with proximity to all the major sites around town. We have already said that we would happily stay again on our return visit to Los Angeles. Stayed Jan 2, 2024Had a wonderful stay with my two daughters in this charming art deco property. Tastefully decorated, well equipped and great communication/responsiveness from owner. Cute yard and gated for privacy and safety. On a quiet street close to all amenities, restaurants, and a Whole Foods within a 5-minute walk.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023Ken was great! He communicated with us ahead of time, greeted us upon arrival and even gave us some champagne and party hats for New Years! Would come back again any time!
