Guests will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, standing desk with monitor, fenced-in backyard, and a driveway that fits up to 1 car. **Guests do not have access to the garage**

• Guests will not have garage access during their stay.

• The fireplace does not function and is not for guest use.

• Bedroom overhead lights and fans are operated by individual remote controls on the wall next to the light switch (please always keep the light switch on). If a remote is lost, you will be charged $250 per remote for replacement.
