Chic Lawton Home, 5 Mins to Fort Sill!

The cottage was adorable and very inviting. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. It is close by restaurants and Ft. Sill. The property managers responded quickly to questions and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good first impression of the interior. Looks to be upgraded throughout. Exterior is ok. Our first issue was with the bathroom and the associated plumbing. The toilet, sink, and shower seemed to all be connected. They would clog at the same time. The clogging would cause the toilet to leak at the bottom of the toilet between the bowl and floor. The floor would see pooling of toilet water when you used it. The morning of our last day, 2 hours beforeI checked out, I was visited by a mouse that ran out of the fireplace. That was shocking to see a mouse dart out if there.The property manager was very responsive throughout and kind. She actually lives right behind the rental. She couldn't do anything to fix the plumbing during our stay. Location to Fort Sill and everything in Lawton was great. Unfortunately not being to use the toilet was a big disappointment.

We enjoyed our stay. Our son graduated from basic training at Fort Sill. This location was perfect, close and easy to come and go. We spent the family day at the house…it had a lot of space to relax, visit and play games. Thank you!

The filters were filthy and air grates were dirty/dusty..Evolve the mangement company lied to meseveral times about correcting the problem..house wasmuggy and smelled musty..better to stay in a hotel.Was told by local contact that they were not to do anything to help me...do not rent a property that ismanaged by Evolve..never could communicate with same person/got a call at midnight/one employee wasbased in Egypt/worst experience with a VRBO property in 20 years

We chose this property for our stay in Lawton, Oklahoma for our oldest son’s graduation from basic combat training. Although this property is among a mixture of updated and some dated properties it was perfect for our stay. It is nicely decorated with a truly cozy feel for families. The upstairs loft was a win for our boys that traveled with us as it offered them a separate place to lounge and watch tv. It was a joy to meet the property manager that stays onsite as she was helpful with all request yet and made our stay special. We will definitely be back to this property when our son graduates from AIT !

Room for grandkids, unfortunately all over 20 year, but room to snack, visit, play games, or watch a movie. Close to shopping and park.

This property is located less than 10 minutes from the Key Gate to Ft Sill. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. Sarah was easy to contact and very responsive! If I ever find myself in Lawton, OK again, I will definitely book this home.

We were in town for my son inlaw’s graduation from Ft. Sill. This house was very clean and comfortable. Itis close to base and I loved that there were board games there we could play as a family at night. Thank you for a great stay. I would recommend staying here to my family and friends.

It was perfect for us, we were close to base for graduation. Perfect location

This stay was more than we expected! The house was perfect in every way! My daughter and I traveled in order to attend family day and graduation for her boyfriend’s military bootcamp graduation and the accommodations were just right. I am hoping to book again when we come back for AIT graduation on May.

After looking at reviews for quite a few local hotels we were looking for other options. So happy to have found this nice home for our stay. Good location, clean and in a quiet area. Really a great option all around.

The house is in a great location and has plenty of room! We were very pleased with everything. It’s only a few minutes from Fort Sill and from many restaurants.

This spot was perfect for our visit to Oklahoma! We drove from Tennessee to see our daughter graduate from her basic training at Fort Sill. It was conveniently located to the base, several great restaurants, and local shopping stores. The neighbors were very friendly and the house was incredibly clean and cozy. Thank you for a great stay!

Property was exactly as described. Was clean, had everything as listed and close to Ft. Sill and restaurants. Was perfect for our visit and our stay was comfortable. We arrived a little early, before check in, and were able to check in early. Communication with property manager was also prompt.

Our son was graduating BCT at Ft Sill and we booked this home. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to base and restaurants/shopping . We would definitely stay here again !!

We booked this property last minute due to a family emergency. It was clean and in a great location for us to visit nearby family and local attractions. Lots of good coffee shops nearby too.
