Chic House w/ Private Pool & Hot Tub, Near Beach!

Great customer serivce, clean house, close to the beach,was easy to check-in and check-out, good size, love the pool

Absolutely gorgeous house and location! House was as HUGE and immaculate as it looks in the pictures! The pool area was amazing and we loved that spots where the toddlers could stand up. Best pool we've ever used. This house sleeps SO MANY PEOPLE. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with the kitchen/living area and 2 bedrooms with ajoining bath downstairs. We ended up putting the louder people that stay up later downstairs and those of us with little kids upstairs and we couldn't hear them at all. The house is HUGE. Bigger than HUGE! Anyway, it made the trip to SPI for our daughters beach wedding much easier as there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready.

Our recent stay with SPI rentals was fantastic. we were flying in from all over the country for a wedding and was truly a perfect location for the whole group reunion for all ages. The younger kids had a great time in the pool while the adults soaked our old bones in the hot tub. Very easy to communicate with the host and wildly helpful and responsive to anything we needed. perfect location for a 2 min walk to the beach for sunrise meditations and relaxation in the afternoon. highly recommend this location . perfect for all ages.

Beautiful house and very spacious, lovely porch all around, kitchen is very well stocked, beds super comfy, beautiful beach decor, smart tv's all around the house. Excellent location, 3 min walk to the beach and very safe area. The whole family loved and enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication with host, super smooth check in and out, responded within minutes. Highly recommended!!!!! This property is very well worth its price.

Great family beach home that accommodated our family of 13 who visited. Everyone felt comfortable and cozy in their rooms. The kitchen is open to the family room with a nice porch that wraps around the home. The pantry and kitchen was easy to house our groceries to cook!! Laundry room with vacuum, broom, and mop allowed us to keep everything clean! The bunk room worked great for our kiddos plus the pool/spa was a bonus!!! Always something to do!!!

The house was clean and matched the photos. Host was responsive and helpful. Definitely coming back. Would recommend this rental to others!

We loved our stay in SPI. The place was just what we needed for our girls weekend. Close to the beach, easy to get around to restaurants. We had trouble figuring out the hot tub and the rental company was very responsive in helping us figure it out.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This rental property accommodated our big family and the property was just as described. We would definitely stay here again and or stay at another SPI Rentals property!

The home is beautiful & just as described. This property is spacious inside & out. Loved having the private pool for the grandkids. The beach is a short walk. There's beach gear available in the garage: beach wagon, chairs, & sand toys. Our family enjoys cooking so we cooked all of our meals. The kitchen has plenty of counter space & equipped with cooking essentials. Open all the cabints, drawers, and the pantry closet to find kitchen staples. There is a regular coffee maker & a Keurig. The Ninja blender was great for making margaritas. The pantry closet is a great size. The refrigerator is in need of a couple of door shelves as a few were either broken or missing. Beds were comfortable. There are 2 pack and plays in the upstairs bedroom closets & a baby gate. Having a washer & dryer was so convenient. They provide plenty of towels for each bathroom. Pack a blow dryer if you need one. We made a couple of calls to the office and they sent people out right away. We needed the grill checked out, a box fan for the bunkroom, a TV remote had to be replaced, and there was an ant problem in the garage & around the property. Again, people were sent right away to resolve. Everyone in the office and the service people were very friendly. We would most definitely rent this home again! The grandkids had a great time spending time together. Wonderful memories were made. We've been to SPI many times & the ant problem was a first. We were surprised to find that the ants made their way into our cars. We took the cars to the car wash to vacuum and treat. All was good for a couple of days. On our drive home we had to pull over a couple of times to kill ants.

Great house to stay at. The house is pretty much exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and clean. The pool was the cleanest out of all the other houses we've rented from SPI Rentals and the jacuzzi heated very well. The lights in the pool and around the backyard really gave it a great vibe. Another big plus to that the house is only a 3 three minute walk to the beach.
