This unit was spacious, clean and a great location
From the start, I emailed Mayra I assume works with the property management company asking if there were things like beach chairs, wagons, games, just so we could get a feel for what to bring. We have stayed at rentals many times there on cleveland st and they usually disclose this info, it helps in knowing what not to bring. I also noticed a regular coffee pot in the picture and asked if they also had a keurig since most places do. The only responce I recieved from her was what dates and what is the address to the rental, I guess the booking# wasn't good enough. I quickly replied and recieved no answer back. Reached out again a couple days before and still no answer. We ended up packing everything with us. The house was clean except the kitchen cabinets and coffee cups, but not inviting, you don't feel welcomed with the emailes of how they had to spend $70,000 dollars to remodel because someone let a toilet over flow and inproper shower use which is still unclear and weird to me. They have cameras outside the property but they also have a couple cameras inside the property just really uncomfortable. If you end up renting here you will need your own dish towels, wash cloths for the bathroom paper towles, garbage bags, body soap, and laundry detergent. Also if you like to cook you will need to bring your own cooking supplies as theirs were all garbage. Coffee cups were chipped and dirty I took pictures of this. Little things.
Loved staying here. We were in town for a friends birthday and the house accommodated 4 of us very comfortably. The train is right behind, but we sleep with a fan + sound machine, so we didn’t hear it. Would highly recommend- close to beach and restaurants.
Had a great experience in Oceanside! Close to the beach (2 blocks) and all the other amenities - food, entertainment, etc. We had a couple issues with the garbage disposal and dishwasher, but Elizabeth and Felix were all over it. They were very nice, super helpful and quick with the help. Would definitely recommend and will check this place first next time we head to Oceanside.
This is our 3rd stay in the neighborhood over the last 9 months, and this house was by far our best experience. We enjoyed every aspect of this house, its proximity to the beach, and the abundance of dining and other experiences in this Oceanside village.
We found this house at the last minute and it was fabulous. Great location. We love to park and stay where all we have to do is walk everywhere else. The beach, coffee shops, meals, shopping, etc. are all within walking distance. The house is clean and most rooms are large. The only thing we found that would be better is the hot water tank is at the roof level and it takes a while to get to the kitchen. An instant hot water heater for the kitchen would help to not waste so much water while waiting for the hot water to get there. We would definitely stay there again.
The house was very nice and in a prime location for access to restaurants, beach and pier. The kitchen lacks items but hopefully owners will stock-it in consideration of visitors that like to cook. The house is spacious, clean and modern. Has a nice front yard sitting area that gets nice morning/midday sun. The beds are comfortable. The train tracks are right behind the house but never bothered us. The noise was minimal.
Such a beautiful home, and felt like home. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and Pier. Beautiful views, especially looking at the beach from the rooftop patio. The house was very clean, stocked with all necessities. We can't wait to stay again!
Owner of home did not disclose that the home sits literately behind the train tracks and 4 houses down from the crossing. Amtrak, Coaster, and freight trains pass through all hours of the day starting at 4:50 am and ending at midnight. The bell that signals a train is coming is very very loud and doesn’t stop dinging until the train completely passes. The back bedroom(master) shakes and we did not sleep well the entire time we were there. We mentioned this to the property management and the owner was very rude about it. Did nothing to compensate us. Will never stay here again.
The owner did not disclose that the home sits literally behind the train tracks and 4 houses down from the crossing. The Coaster, Amtrak, and freight trains run at all hours. It begins at 4:50 am, then around 5:30 am, 6 am, 7:30 and periodically throughout the day. Then the last trains pass starting around 8 pm, 8:30 pm, 9 pm and finally the last one passes around midnight. The entire back bedroom shakes AND the crossing bell doesn’t stop dinging until the train passes. The dinging is very very loud. We could not sleep. The owner was not willing to compensate us in any way. Would not recommend this home. Very dishonest to not mention this in the ad.
The house is located right in the heart of Oceanside with easy access to restaurants, beach and pier. Walking around at anytime felt safe and the neighborhood is very nice. The house is clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place with great location. Quiet neighborhood. The master bath leaked into the garage after we arrived and showered. Alerted manager told not to use master bathroom. That put us down to a small shower. Plumber found long term leak and mold. We were offered a small refund but not much.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very spacious, clean and location was great minus the train. We did have an issue with the upstairs and downstairs toilet but management took care of it quickly. We would stay here again.
The property was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in a great neighbourhood with very easy access to food, coffee and the beach.

Beautiful house, plenty of space. Has everything you need in excellent condition. Great location for the beach, the only bummer was the proximity to the train. Luckily my 2yo loves trains, so we turned it into a positive.
This home was very clean and great location to the beach. Bedrooms were very roomy and plenty of space in the living rooms. The patio was so cute with chairs and a couch. The only cons were the train is so close to the house that if you sleep in the back bedroom and your a light sleeper it will keep you up all night and morning. I think The house is new to renting it did not have a bbq grill and not enough bath towels or beach towels. The kitchen needed some more supplies, like a strainer and measuring cups extra containers. We had some issues with the upstairs toilet and the kitchen sink but management was quick to respond and take care of the issues. All in all we had a great time and the house is so close to walk to shops, the beach and restaurants. We loved the farmers market on thursdays.
