Stayed Feb 20, 2026We arrived in town late and got to our address at ten thirty pm only to find it occupied. We had reserved this address two months ago. I immediately contacted the host. The host stated that it was double booked by VRBO. She stated she had contacted VRBO to fix this and apparently it was never fixed on their end. The host arranged for us to stay at a different location. We were finally able to get into new location after 11 PM to find a house that had just been renovated. Though this was not what was arranged, the host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs.

Stayed Jan 3, 2026The house was neat and clean. although, I was told a couple hours before I got there that I couldn’t check in until 4 even though VRBO stated 3. They stated it was because the previous people left late. I drove 5 hours and really didn’t have anywhere I could waste my time. Also, bedrooms had flashing lights outside and we suggested room darkening shades.
