Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home, on the porch or within the Deauville community AT ALL.

-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson Terms and Conditions form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.

    Great condo. Walking distance to DT and to our favourite restaurant, The Tropicale. The team at Ryson Properties was excellent. We had a couple of minor questions which were answered quickly. The unit was clean, spacious and bright with lots of windows. It was a quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We are looking forward to returning next year.
