Chic dog-friendly home with private pool, pool spa, gym, pools, grills & firepit

The family had a great time swimming, the kitchen was great for entertaining and the AC worked flawlessly during the hot summer days! Highly recommend!

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and modern. Great pool. Lots of room and interior space. Excellent amenities.

He house was perfect for us. This is our second time staying at this house and we enjoyed all the amenities. They maintain the grounds and pool which is great. They have walking paths throughout the property. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home beautiful pool the security people at the gate the complex of everything was lovely. They were friendly and welcoming. I wish I could live there. It’s a dream come true if you like the desert and a beautiful surroundings.

We are thinking about buying in this new development so we were happy to find a home to rent so that we could try it before you buy it. Also wanted to see what it was like in Palm Springs in the summer. Thank goodness we had a pool, used it every day! Enjoyed our stay! Thanks for sharing your home@

The house is beautiful. We stayed in this nice, gated community. It was exceptionally clean and well kept. The pool was maintained before, during and after our stay. We would stay here again. Only a couple of items that should be fixed. The front gate code did not work. When we arrived, we tried to open the gate several times (frustrating) and after 10 minutes of struggle we figured out it was broken. Thier is a latch on top that you open because the inside of the door was taped shut. The front door code works, however, the lockbox does not work. We have previously stayed at places where the batteries on the key code died (over 2 hours for to get access). They give you the code so you can use it if needed. Codes do not work.

The house was a 10!! Well appointed and pool/spa was well worth it. Only suggestion is to have the prop management company notate in their directions to enter Miralon community through Sunrise Pkwy, google maps take you to residence only entrance.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was fantastic. We brought our little Yorkie with us and had the best week ever. Close enough to downtown (10 min drive) and very quiet neighborhood, Miralon is. We picked Miralon because of the access to its gym which was great! We enjoyed the private pool and spa SO much at the house. The home was probably too big for just 2 people but we loved it and felt spoiled. The home had everything- well supplied/stocked kitchen, towels, etc. We were gifted a dozen cookies which was so thoughtful and made us feel like we made the right choice. Would 1000% stay here again. We walked around the Miralon property on the walking trails through the olive trees almost everyday which was so nice. Everyone we encountered was lovely and would give a friendly wave hello. Will strongly consider purchasing a home here in the future after our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Pros - •comfortable beds •well equipped home •large TVs •pool and spa area (had plenty of seating outside) •grill (though we didn’t use it) Cons - •couldn’t use garage •no closet for guest use in the master bedroom (just hanging rack) •the lights in the master bath are on motion sensors (wouldn’t be an issue if there was a door) •air conditioning (works really good) kept turning on the motion sensing lights •there are some noises when it’s windy outside, mostly noticed in the master bed/bath area (every house has quirks)
