Getting Around:

Easy access to I85, NC-147 etc. Uber and Lyft are common in Durham so no worries if you don't have a car! There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walkable to downtown, too.

*As this is a duplex, we kindly request that guests be considerate of noise levels, especially before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM.

    We stayed a week while we explored the area and spent time assisting a family member with a move. The location was great and allowed us to walk into town or hop in the car and run errands.

    The place was clean, spacious. The owner was gracious and communicative. I would stay here again. Two things I wish I knew beforehand - 1) the “sidewalk” is just grass and 2) the house is elevated on a slight slope and there is no railings on the stairs (two sets of two-three steps) leading to the stairs/porch of the house.

    Our stay was amazing! The property location was great as we were able to walk to all parts of Durham easily. The parking in the back is tight but not bad if all 3 properties are not being rented. The only small issue we had was how easily we heard the voices and noises from the adjacent property. Would stay here again however!

    I had the best week here in Durham. The house was a quick walk to DPAC, and had everything I could need. The host was very responsive and easy to reach. Definitely recommend!

    The location was perfect for walking to all downtown areas including the tobacco trail and American Tobacco campus! The home was very clean and kitchen easy to use. Bedding was nice and bed was very firm and low to the floor. We would stay here again when visiting our daughter.

    I’m a petite 62yo woman traveling alone. Felt safe and appreciated the ice cold water in the fridge and fixings for coffee on the counter. I enjoyed walking to Duke campus through warehouse district 3-4 miles walk. Would return here!
