Close to everything and super quiet and peaceful! Every area we visited we thought how glad we were that we were staying in this house! We loved the home's charm and all of the amenities- from porches to filtered water on the fridge door. Home was very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect- we could drive to orange theory but safely walk everywhere else. Communication prompt.We had only one full day/night without rain- so soaked up the sun and signts from the town by day and did historical walking tour at night. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice house in a great location. While the second floor seems to have been updated, the first floor needs to be. Most of the first floor is ok, but there are a few things that do need to be redone. I will say, the bed down there is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in on vacation.The cleaning was satisfactory, although the floors on the first floor were filthy. Unfortunately we found this out after my 11 month old grandson had been crawling on the floors. All in all, this house was very nice and I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

We were able to walk almost everywhere during our stay. We stayed over the holiday, and the street itself was wonderfully decorated. The rental company was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend the home and rental company.

We had the best time at this property. We stayed with another couple and their 2 dogs and it was perfect to have our own spaces on the upper and lower level with our own kitchens. We loved sitting on the upstairs porch with mimosas and puppies. It was walkable distance to everything. We forgot a couple of items when we left but the management company were so nice to ship them back to us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice property, but the exterior porches and patio need some TLC.

We loved staying here. The house was in a beautiful historic neighborhood and we were able to walk everywhere. Our favorite part was walking to Forthye Park in the mornings to start the day. Would stay again :)
