Chic 4BR Home w/Game Room & Cinema - City Close!

This is a perfectly updated home close to everything essential in Springs! The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay exceptional and roomy enough to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Thank you for your hospitality!

We absolutely loved everything about the house, from the outdoor firepit, to the foosball table and game room, to the several TVs for late night movies. The neighborhood was decent, and close enough for all of our activities planned throughout Colorado Springs. The host was PHENOMENAL! Super communicative, and kind. I highly recommend staying here for your family vacation in Colorado Springs!

Nice house in a great location!

My daughter's softball team played in CS over the 4th. This home was perfect for our stay. It is in immaculate condition, lots of thoughtful things to keep our two kids busy during down time, spacious and cozy. Absolutely zero complaints with our trip. Host was wonderful, quick to respond and willing to offer advice, if needed. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

If you have school aged kids this home is awesome! The gameroom is fun and there are two bedrooms and a bath downstairs. Plus two beds and a bath on the main level along with a living room and kitchen. The big deck was awesome for morning coffee or a glass of wine. Plus the Host has a variety of snacks available as well as supplies to make the stay very comfortable. That along with great communication makes this property a “Highly recommend”!

This is a very kid-friendly home to stay in. The host provides snacks which were so helpful after our travel. The games and foosball table were enjoyed. The host did a great job communicating with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this home, absolutely perfect for a family with elementary aged children. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra linens and kid-friendly spaces. It was clear that a lot of thought was put into making guests feel welcome. The welcome brochure was a great touch, it made it easy to get settled in and find nearby attractions and essentials. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect driving distance from most attractions. The host sent me a local guide before we came and it helped me plan our trip. Lots of things at the house to keep the kids/teens occupied when we were home for the evening. Would definitely recommend.

Even though the houses are close together, it was very peaceful. We spent a lot of time on that beautiful deck. Played with the games, enjoyed cooking in that beautiful kitchen. Colorado Springs is somewhere i would like to retire to. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us

House was clean and comfortable. Good location. Hosts were very attentive and responsive.

It was very clean. The neighborhood was a little interesting, but noone bothered us. Had hot water issues at the end of the trip, but they sent someone immediately. Overall nice stay, especially since they have 4 true bedrooms so everyone had some privacy.

We needed a place to stay for 6 days while we explored Colorado Springs. The house was located conveniently to everything that we wanted to see. It was clean, had modern appliances, and cool features like the game area downstairs and the outdoor movie area on the back porch.

Stocked perfectly with towels and toilet paper. Definitely recommend.

Climbing the Manitou Incline was on my 75th birthday bucket list. My family decided to make this a great trip for the whole family! This was the perfect house in the best location! It has everything you need!!

The house is beautiful with all the amenities. We went to Colorado Springs to celebrate our daughter's graduation and the host had a graduation gift and decorations at the house when we arrived. The snack bar and coffee bar were amazing too! I would definitely recommend this house!

Me and my family stayed at this location for a week and loved the home. It was immaculate and very well furnished with everything you may possibly need for your stay. In addition to this the video game, air hockey and darts kept my daughters occupied for hours. The home is a split level home which is nice as it can provide a separate area for various activities going on in the household. The patio movie theater was a hit with the family as we watched movies and made s’mores in the fire pit adjacent to the full length patio deck. The house is a 5 minute drive to the airport and close to freeways making many of the attractions a mere 15-20 minute drive. We loved the house and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the house was cozy and felt like home. The good thing about the house location is that everything was about 20 minutes away from us.

Our host was very helpful. Response time was fast. Beautifully decorated.

We’re from up north, and decided to have a weekend “staycation” in the Springs! I found this amazing home as my very first VRBO booking, and it surpassed all our expectations! The host was extremely communicative, even when I couldn’t get the main shower head to work (my own fault), late at night! She was super friendly, and the home was in immaculate condition! It also included everything we needed to prepare meals, including a small selection of spices! I noticed there were a few staples in the kitchen pantry, in case you couldn’t get to the store immediately. However, the location of this home was EXTREMELY convenient—a King Soopers right down the road (as well as Starbucks, etc.)! It was also centrally-located to EVERYTHING I booked to go and see, which ended up being super cool! Speaking of coffee, the host had an amazing, large selection of coffee & tea pods for her Keurig, including creamers and sugar! It was nice to not have to run to the grocery store late at night when we arrived for those things! My kids thoroughly enjoyed playing all the amazing games in the home—including enjoying a popcorn machine! We played lots of air hockey, and probably wore out the arcade machine! I could go on and on, but in all, you could tell how much effort has been put into this home. It’s absolutely beautiful, modernized, and the host is wonderful! She’ll see to your every need, extremely quickly! We will definitely stay here again when in town! Highly recommend this home & host!
