This home sits on a beautiful lot on High Rock Lake. Nothing but awesome lake views all around the pointe.
The home consist of three bedrooms, and two full baths. Kingsize bed in upstairs master and queen size beds in both of the downstairs bedrooms. There are TV's in all bedrooms. Upstairs bath has a sunken tub and separate shower. The downstairs bathroom has a shower with bench seat.

Stayed Dec 20, 2025Cheves Pointe is on the short list for all Lexington visits from now on!The location on the pointe is beautiful to say the least, and the home is designed perfectly for a small family get together.Watching the herons in the morning and ducks in the afternoon was the perfect way to sip coffee from the deck, sun porch, or beautiful living room.Take advantage of this spot if you can.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Fabulous location! I definitely couldn't get enough of the view and hated to leave. I loved the quiet mornings on the dock. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very homey, and well-stocked. Nice family memories were made here. We spent one day in Winston-Salem at Old Salem and enjoyed that. Spent another day in Greensboro at some parks and the arboretum. Then spent the rest of our time at the house playing bocce in the yard or close by locally at an estate sale. Not quite kid-proofed but was fine. Had one kind of warped gate which helped, but more would have been better. It would be great if a pack 'n play would have been provided so we wouldn't have had to bring ours or people wouldn't have to spend more money by renting one.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024This home and the property it is on is more than we had hoped for! We stayed for a week and the views alone were worth it. The house had everything we could possibly have needed! The house is specious and the outside areas made it so we didn't want to leave at all!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Wonderful setting, plenty of space, responsive host. Weather was perfect and we watched the boaters up and down the lake as well as the fishermen. Will book again.

Stayed Sep 30, 2024The house is very nice especially if a larger family needs a place to stay. I did not give it 5 stars only because it could have used a little more cleaning. The property manage was very responsive.
