Stayed May 29, 2026This house was a gorgeous place us and our friends to spend a very memorable weekend. Being right on the beach was so amazing, and this house was so well appointed, it felt like being in a country manor. The hosts were so accommodating (even when we goofed up) and did everything to make our stay wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Stayed Apr 24, 2026This house and our stay was amazing! We did not need to worry about bringing anything! The house is beautiful, you feel like you've stepped into history. The amenities unmatched and the owners stayed in contact throughout our stay providing the comfort of knowing that we could reach out if we had any concerns or questions. The town is quaint and just what we were looking for in our girls weekend. I also suggest renting a boat with Poseidon Watersports if that is your thing. But the house itself provided us with so many great memories. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven on earth.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026Our host was most attentive and checked in once during the weekend. The home is lovely and has all the comforts you could ask for. The views and sunsets from each room are fantastic. Right across the road from the bay. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025AWESOME HOUSE & LOCATION. GRANDKIDS LOVED THE 3RD FLOOR & PLACES TO HIDE FROM EACH OTHER. PROXIMITY TO BEACH WAS WONDERFUL-SUNSETS WERE MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN AT KEY WEST. GREAT FOOD -- GREAT SHOPPING AND ALL TOWNSPEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025I'm sorry it has taken so long to review our stay. It was truly perfect for our family. We range in age from 3 to 70somethng, and we all enjoyed being so close to the beach. It made ferrying beach gear, kids, and food back and forth a cinch. The home is stunning, and the owners have filled it with interesting, tasteful decor and personal items. I have already recommended it to friends and coworkers who are looking for a beach vacation that's actually relaxing! Thank you for your hospitality, flexibility, and for sharing your lovely, historic home with so many.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025We had a wonderful time. House is great for everyone except me. I am 73 and am currently having a hard time with my legs. lots of steps and the lack of bars in the shower made things difficult. Otherwise, we love the house and the location.

We especially loved studying the incredible pieces of history on the walls and admiring the photo album of your Grandfather! What an incredible man and family!! We couldn’t think of a better place for honoring those who sacrificed so much for our freedom on Memorial Day! We are looking forward to celebrating again at Bayview in ‘26!
