Chelan Charm: Spacious Downtown Home, Hot Tub, Parkside, Pet-Friendly

Overall the property was nice for our group of 7 one problem was the outdoor lighting by hot tub, there isn’t any so after dark not good. One of our guests slipped and fell because she couldn’t see the hot tub steps and the tub cover was old and falling apart and very heavy, I was told my maintenance person it would be replaced.

Great location to walk along the river, visit the shops and restaurants in town and short drives to several wineries & breweries. We cook some of our meals and we had everything we needed as the kitchen is set up well. Will be back!

The house was the perfect size for our party of 6 (plus 4 puppies). Nice kitchen with everything we needed. The three bathrooms worked out perfectly. Everything was neat & clean. If we had any complaint at all, it was the beds. They weren't comfortable, and our sleep wasn't the greatest. But we'd consider staying there again if we had another family trip to Chelan.

The house was in a great location to downtown Chelan, easy to walk to restaurants and shops.House had pmenty of space for our group and we enjoyed the hottub.

Spacious and clean house - was perfect for a girls trip, or would be great for a couples trip. The home had well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The only complaint was the location of two bedrooms were right by the main road. The three bedrooms away from the road were quiet. The location of the house was so close to the downtown shops. It was perfect to walk into town and also walk the Riverwalk. Our experience was in November. Not sure how accessible the lake is from this location if you were to stay there during the summer.

House is a little dated with some loud doors that can be a hurdle to climb if you bring small children. Otherwise house is great, communication on issues was great, and location is tough to beat for the off season proce.

We loved this property. My grandkids asked if I could rent the house again when we go back. Excellent location and plenty of room for all. The kitchen is great but best if only about 2 are in there at the same time.

We love visiting this property in Chelan. Very relaxing, easy access, and close to lots of activities.

This is a spacious property for a large group. We all were comfortable, using all five bedrooms and 7 of the 8 beds. Having 3 bathrooms also was a huge plus. Very convenient location close to shops and restaurants. It’s not the Ritz but perfectly suited our needs.

Four old men on a golf trip. We had a great time. Plenty of space to spread out, a great location and a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again.

This house is spacious for hanging out together. Large fenced yard. Note the fence is low with large gaps. Walking downtown and by the lake was the best part! Fantastic view out the front as well. Looking forward to staying here again.

This was a great spot for a memorable birthday party for 3 families. We had a fun time in the house and playing in the yard.We all felt that the beds were really firm.

We are a family of 7, most of whom are now grown up. We also traveled with our 10 month old grandson. This home has a very straightforward layout with 3 bathrooms! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking supplies, (usually we have to bring more). The grill was in good working order, as was the hot tub. Much of the outlets are up high, nice for infant safety. If you know Chelan you are within easy walking distance for everything, including the wonderful river walk. The fence is in great shape also again nice for infant safety and our sweet doggo. If you are looking for fancy this is not your place. If you are looking for a straightforward, simple base camp then I highly recommend it.

This comfortable home was centrally located for our PNW family to get together for the holiday. It was comfortable and spacious. It is obviously set up well for large family gatherings (there were 8 of us). We didn't explore the area much but hung out at the house. The large yard was great for the family's two dogs and a pile of leaves was a particular enjoyment for the grandkids. Even though we didn't go out exploring the area, we are familiar with Chelan and have enjoyed its many features in the past. (Boat rides up the lake are a favorite.) One thing about the house to be prepared for is that it is a solid concrete block construction. Given the late November timing of our visit, the outside walls of the bedrooms were chilly. Fortunately, the owners provide simple to use and effective room heaters that easily take off the chill. There was one issue that needed addressing. We arrived to find the kitchen outlets not working. Talk about a Thanksgiving panic! We contacted the management company and they had a crew out in a timely manner and they fixed the problem right away. They were a friendly and competent couple of guys! Communication was great as the company checked in with us to make sure the job had gotten done. All in all, we had a great time reconnecting as a family in a setting that was beautiful (snowy mountaintop view from the dining room) and a home that was comfortable. We would certainly recommend it for family gatherings!

We go on a friends vacation every year and usually stay in a cabin in Leavenworth but we seen this house and so glad we ended up staying here! The house was very clean and in a great location, hot tub worked great! Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. We had a great time and we’re very impressed by this property. The host were great at responding fast! Thank you for the stay and we are definitely looking forward to booking this house again soon!

My husband and I, along with our pups really enjoyed this rambler over Veteran’s Day weekend! Fully fenced yard, easy walking distance to town and a loop along the river, hot tub, lots of indoor and outdoor seating - this place was awesome! My brother and his family joined us for a night and there was plenty of room for everyone! Very comfortable house and we appreciate it being pet friendly! Thank you!

This was our 2nd stay in the Riverwalk house and it was fabulous. The house is perfect for large groups. Property is clean and well stocked. We were very cold at night but found lots of extra blankets in the closets. Would definitely recommend this rental for anyone.

We loved the location of this house being steps away from walking paths around the lake. We paid a pet fee for our dogs to stay and the yard was perfect since it has a fully fenced yard. Plenty of space and easy check in/out.

Great stay, lots of space. Nice yard plenty of parking and location wow perfect location Easy 5 minute walk to downtown old Chelan lots of restaurants shops etc. The host are great as well very responsive! Can not go wrong here

We were there with our adult daughter and our dog. The house is lovely with plenty of space and a great yard. It's close to downtown, restaurants, walking paths and the lake/river. We had a great time there!

Great location and accommodations for multi generation family get together. The yard and outdoor space allowed for playing games and enjoying weather. House is well maintained and is better in petson.

This is our 2nd year staying at this location - we have agreed to do this yearly now since we have discovered how much you can do around the area for free without driving and more so trying to look for parking during such a busy weekend. The property fits us very well. Hopefully we can snag it again around the same time next year. (“,)
